I am truly sorry to hear about your experience at our property. While this is not a common everyday occurrence at all it does happen. Elevators like all other mechanical things break from time to time. We called the company who services our equipment and they came out the same night to be sure it wouldn’t happen again.

I’m sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. I have let maintenance know about the missing square of baseboard, thank you for bringing it to our attention. We have recently undergone a renovation that wrapped up a little under 6 months ago. During this reno we implemented Hiltons latest design package, that said it doesn’t suit everyone’s needs or tastes. We hope you continue to use Hilton during your travels.

I’m sorry about the confusion with the billing situation. Unfortunately, at the hotel we are unable to provide a receipt if you pay through the Expedia. We do not have access to the payment that you made to Expedia nor does the hotel know what you paid.
