Another awesome stay at a Hampton Inn! The room was wonderful as was the breakfast and helpful staff.

Hotel & room is clean. Staff was nice. Free breakfast had yogurt, muffins, waffles, sausage, toast, English muffins, cold cereal, juice, western omelet & oatmeal. Oatmeal was like paste & omelets was mediocre but for free, you have enough of a variety you won’t go hungry. There’s a lot of restaurants to choose from as well that’s walking distance from the hotel. Outlet mall is right across the parking lot.

this is a nice, clean, comfortable motel with plenty of amenities around (shopping mall, restaurants, gas, etc) right off the highway.

I picked this hotel as they advertised electric vehicle charging would be available. None of the chargers were working! They have NEVER been operational!

Good night
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It was relaxing next to the fire and in the common area was a great place to hang out with our friends and watch football.

Love the fact of how clean the room was. Bed was comfy and plenty of pillows!!! And it’s also awesome there is large size shampoo and shower gel and lotion in the bathroom. Great place!!! No complaints

I chose this hotel because I have a new dog and they accept pets. The Hampton Inn and Suites has exceeded all expectations! Very friendly and welcoming. And because it is National Pet week we received complementary pet food and water. Also very nice outdoor areas to walk your pet and play ball. My favorite thing about this location used to be the outlet mall now it’s the pet amenities!

Overall a very nice stay. We did find the pool to be too cool to be in for an extended time. We had loud neighbors one night that after calling the desk they had resolved.

Always a good STAY
I have stayed at this location several times. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I travel with service dogs and they are always able to find me a room that works for me and my dog~with easy access and comfort. I only do an overnight stay but it is ALWAYS EASY!

Great place to stay - pet friendly!
Overall the hotel was well-kept and the staff was friendly. A few minor issues we had were the outlets in the room struggled to keep our phones charged, and it would not charge my iPad, I had all the correct cords that we use at home with no issues, but the outlets were struggling. I also felt the refrigerator did not get cold enough, but I don't carry a thermometer with me to test that for sure, I just noticed that the food we kept in there didn't seem very cold. To me, the bed was too firm, but my boyfriend loved it. I enjoyed that the air conditioner went to 60 degrees so we were able to enjoy a nice cold sleep. The walls must have been pretty thick, because I never heard noise from other rooms or the hallway. Breakfast was really good, and they kept the items full. Overall, I would stay again.
