Hello Kristin, Guest satisfaction is our highest priority, and I regret that we left you without a higher impression. We do have a few microwaves that you can request from the host during your next stay. All of our rooms come with an iron and ironing board, so I sincerely apologize your room was missing that amenities. Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us.
