The room was nasty and the bathroom room was dirty , bath tub look like they never cleaned it in months rust all in. Poor Management ghetto looking and people hanging out drinking on the on the facility junk all outside of the hotel busted windows with tape

The manager would not take care of my concerns which were uncleanliness and multiple health code violations- I complained about seeing 5 roaches, the bed was not made, the heat barely worked, there were no towels, washcloths, the carpet was not vacuumed and severely stained, the room smelled very bad, and the mattress looked like it had been collected from a dumpster. The manager said he couldn’t refund me and offered me a $10 discount for the following night if stayed a second night (what I needed to) and promise me that would be someone in to take care of all of my complaints and clean the room properly. I asked to move rooms and he said no- I could only do that if I checked out and came back in 4 to 5 hours at 3 PM, so I was stuck with the same dirty room because I could not leave at that time. However, I left an hour or two later, and I returned at midnight in the room and not been cleaned or touched. I fell asleep, unfortunately on a dirty bed. When I checked out this morning, they rushed me to leave at exactly 11 AM and did not address any of my concerns which involved the roaches. I have videos, and photos of all of these things, and I even took my water bottle up to the manager with a dead roach inside of it, I had the cat off while I was sleeping and when I woke up the roach was inside of it. I address the manager again when I was leaving and he said he would take care of me Next time I came by giving me a better room. Huge health concerns calling Health Dept

Needs Lots Of Improvements
Came for Lost Lands music festival. The stay was okay, we didn't get bothered from the people who were living there. I can see they are trying to upgrade the hotel. New mattresses, but had plastic on them and the fitting sheet kept coming off. There was a cigarette burn on the sheets. No one came to exchange the sheets and provide new towels. We had buy our own towels and toilet paper. the shower curtain kept falling off, and was only on 4 hooks. It was just a place to recover but I don't think I will stay there for the next years festival.

This property had roaches on the wall blood stained comforter the smell was terrible the air conditioner was placed in by wood that was coming out all kinds of spider webs roaches were stuck in the pictures went to get money back they acted like they returned it but used a dummy card number that wasn’t mine you can’t call the hotel because it’s the owners cell phone i’m upset and disappointed

Literally Hell
There were roaches everywhere, the room had a busted out window and was replaced with a slab of wood, and somebody stole the shower head. This place was awful, and should be shut down honestly.

There is no working heat for my children and I. It’s FREEZING. Asked to switch room and they said it’s like that in all of the rooms. Also a roach came walking by in the bathroom

Disgusting Excuse for a Hotel
What should we talk about first? The damaged ceiling and walls from previous flooding or the wrecked fire detector? Maybe the shower door falling off its rails and the shower flooding the bathroom when I ran the water. Oh we could talk about the cockroaches and other bugs that move pretty fast through the room and the linens and curtains that were that were in tatters because there were so many holes from the bugs. Perhaps we could talk about the wall damage behind the fixtures in the bathroom or the really badly lumpy bed that was difficult to lay on straight. How about we discuss the exposed wiring that was a fire hazard and the damage to the interior bathroom door? How about if we just let the pictures do the talking?

Bugs Bugs Bugs
The curtains looked like Freddy Krueger was pulled from your nightmare and got caught in them. The phone was full of dead bed bugs and the shower had multiple live roaches. The comforter was full of burns. And there was a lovely gentleman in the parking lot smoking a meth pipe.

Absolutely awful
I was in town from Seattle waiting for a friend to get in and wanted a place to take a quick nap. I'm not familiar with the area, but notices it was very close to a Magic Mountain and figured it would at least be family friendly. It was not. The whole place was incredible run down. The room had stains on the carpet and wall. Part of the wall was sunken in due to water damage. I didn't even feel comfortable sitting on the bed. I spent 1hr there then checked out and found another hotel. Plain and simple, this is a crackhead hotel. The woman that checked me in was very sweet and helpful.

Completely disgusting. Holes all over the top bed cover, dirt in the carpet, had not been vacuumed. Sink covered in glitter from whoever was there before, dirty mirror, no trash can, no soap or shampoo. Awful, do not stay here.

There was trash left outside some of the rooms. The room I stayed in had hair balls in the corners, the a/c did not work, and the toilet did not flush. For a place that requires a $100.00 deposit I was disappointed in the state of the room.

Horrible, it was filthy! Roach infested, floors were disgustingly dirty garbage on the floor one fridge didn’t work garbage behind it on the floor. Non smoking room with cigarette smell and burns on every surface place is a complete dump and I can’t believe expedia would recommend this place to anyone, car alarms were going off all night couldn’t get any sleep had to leave the lights on to keep roaches in hiding. I’m worried that I will take bugs home with me. I won’t trust expedias recommendations again that’s for sure.

Not fit for children...or adults.
The room was used just before we arrived. There were ashes on the toilet seat in the no smoking room. The ceiling was caving in from a leak. Keep shoes on! No telling what was in the filthy carpet. No light bulbs in the lamp... so we couldn't see all the flaws, but what we saw was enough to make us run away.

Not the best
Showed up to be told none of the rooms had a/c and was given the option to cancel my booking. I didn’t really have a choice since most places were at full capacity for the weekend so I stayed Walking to my room, most of the rooms had window a/c units, on and pumping. Once in the room, there were roaches in the bathroom. Once the lights cut on they scattered and never returned. The mattress was soft in the middle, like it was t being supported underneath. My butt sank deep into it, but my head and legs stayed elevated. I’m a heavy dude, 200lbs, but that seemed excessive. Overall I wouldn’t go back. It did the job for what was available to me.

Do not go to this Inn or any beside it. It was very dirty, not enough bedding, we found bed bugs all over the place even on the floor. We left immediately. Also advertises a pool closed for the season and 90 degree weather.

The worst
Yea this by far was my worst hotel stay in my life an you travel an stay in hotels atleast 3-4x week. To start the bed was broken like literally broke. The box spring was destroyed an the mattress was so old an it was like laying on the ground then it had bed begs an the staff was rude like other an just brushed me off when i called about the bugs an my pregnant wife an I getting eaten up. There was drug paraphernalia laying on the side walk.

This is the worst experience my husband, cousin and I, has ever had!! First of all we drove to Ohio from Michigan to enjoy the races that we’re scheduled out there for the weekend, mind you it was 30 mins from the race tracks, so we made reservations for two rooms one night stay, why the hell we get we there and find ourselves that the hotel did not have no AC we have been sitting in the sun all day and tired no one would want to sleep hat as hell with no Ac running YES we had to reserve rooms at another hotel and that place sucks 😡😡😡😡 We were not going to sleep in a hot as room, if they had a screen on the window maybe but for the money we paid at least give us AC damn it!!!

Building conditions is terrible, plywood over the window above the air conditioner can be punched out or pushed in very easily (not very safe). The bedding was so bad I had to sleep in my clothes. Needs a major overhaul or torn down and rebuilt. Not to mention that they billed me for an extra nights. I am still trying to get my money back.
