I am sure the inn keeper is doing good job what they support to do keep up good work clean guest room well. However, the window is old and does not reduce much of the noise from street.

Two days of police activity out in the parking lot due to disturbances around 3am. Couldn’t sleep after that. But the stay was good.

I have been staying twice a week daily at Mira Vista. It is a great place with wonderful hospitality and a clean environment. Above all they are very good about the safety at night. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay when on a business trip.

For what the room is worth, i like how clean it is. A little bit run down microwave and fridge we did not need it anyway, just wanted to sleep somewhere clean and comfortable for the night. Will definitely come back

Dirty ...smelly room Light bulbs didnt work in 3 lights!! Dirty fridge .... Broken bathroom door ..wouldn't close Said they had breakfast ..hot breakfast buffet .. Has tiny pastry and bad coffee Rude guy checking in. Hard bed ... Garbage outside around property

The room was clean and updated. They let us check in early since the room was ready. It’s very close to BART.

All Good except the cheap pillows
I like this location as it's close to BART. Small breakfast selection but that works for someone who isn't looking to eat a big breakfast. Only drawback is that the pillows were very uncomfortable. Cheap pillows

I chose this place solely because it was close to the people we were visiting. Big mistake. It is located directly across from a major freeway entrance. The property around it is mostly vacant trash filled lots.Absolutely no amenities. The bed was hard, covered with a non-fitted sheet, thin coverlet and tiny lumpy pillows. Small staff (perhaps family run?) but nice enough.

Clean, comfortable, easy to get to
Good location for what I needed to do, clean room and a comfortable bed. Would have liked milk with the coffee instead of coffee creamer, but that's my only complaint!

My whole body started etching when i slept on bed. Couches were super duper dirty with visible white spots all over. Dnt know was that . Scared to sit on it and also burnt.

Clean sheets and towels, and a decent bed. Nothing else about the place really qualifies as truly good. This is a worn out property. PG&E shut off power from 10pm until morning, to do repair work on the block, and incredibly, the hotel didn’t warn anyone by email. We could have and would have made other arrangements. A refund is in order.

The front staff was not friendly the entire time we were there. I don't think the like being there. No welcome, no smile, no engagement or friendly behavior. The place needs some major renovation. Only thing we enjoyed was the location next to the highway which made it easy to access.

We arrived very late after a 900 mile drive. The staff was absolutely amazing, kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again
