*Little hot water; not enough for a shower. *Staff unavailable - did not see, could not find anyone, after check-in *Ice maker not working; staff unavailable to provide ice *Coffee maker not working *No juice or cereal *Weird heating setup with no explanation of how to heat room (see "Staff Unavailable"). Note: heat worked on Summer setting. *Overpriced for all of the inconveniences. *Not clean, many broken or damaged areas in room.

We tried to check in. Attendant was in back. Came out looked like he just woke up. Said no one could check out because end of year and system was down. We Should not get charged for this transaction. Had to go elsewhere to stay. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

First room, we had to change rooms because it was so dirty. Second room. Terrible hot water. Dirty towels. Dirty sink. Nobody answering front desk bell. Turned heater on, smelled like something was catching fire.

Should have known when we were the only car in the parking lot..... It was clean....but had a musy kinda smell, he did come down to help with the heater. Out of order sign on everything the coffee machine, the vending machine, the juice maker, the ice machine everything. We ran the water for a shower at least 15 minutes..... guess what NO hot water ugggg. This place just sucks ugggg

I didn’t like anything about it. It took me forever to get the heater running. It took forever to get hot water to shower.

It is a shame that you book your stay while you’re on the road and realize the date was wrong so I tried to go in and change the date for that night and wasn’t allowed to. So it was a little late when we got there and ended up staying anyway and paying even more than the reservation I messed up on. The place was terrible. I would never stay there again. So people beware you will not get your money back no matter what. That’s a terrible policy and I will not go through Expedia again. I have tried 3 times to work with them and explain but got cut off the last time and they won’t even speak to me again. So I paid over 140$ for a room and a place that was not worth 40$.

Don't recommend staying here
This hotel is need for an upgrade. The furniture in the room was outdated and worn. The mattress was worn out to the point I woke up with a back ache. The sheets had small cuts in them. In the middle of the night the AC unit's cover fell down on it's own.

Just ok
Hotel was quiet, pretty clean and comfortable enough. Ice machine was broken so we had to go to the gas station for ice. Our Direct TV didn't work. The young man that checked us in was helpful and did something to "fix" it but we were still only able to get one channel which was nothing we wanted to watch.

I should have known better when my car was the only one there. Got my room, which had no hot water and the AC/heater was broken.

We only had one towel, hand towel and wash cloth. My husband went to front desk and could not get anyone to come out to speak with. Called the front desk and no one would answer. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

The room was clean and beautiful!... But... When we pulled up the trashcan outside the door was overflowing with trash, as was the sidewalk around it. Then, it took almost 30 min to check in (even though we were the only ones in the lobby)! The manager couldn't find us on her computer, then couldn't get the price right (somehow it was double), then couldn't get the printer to work (but promised to slide a receipt under our door later), then searched and searched for a room to put us in (even though she told us there were only 4 parties staying that night). While chatting with her, she mentioned that her housekeepers stole from her, so they were in jail, and that the adjacent building had pipes break and flooded, so was closed. When I inquired about breakfast hours, she said there was no breakfast as the housekeepers had stolen her Keurig and refrigerator, but she was going to get some donuts in the morning at 6:30. (upon thinking about this, it didn't make sense, as every room has a refrig and coffee maker she could have borrowed) When we finally headed for our room (through exterior doors with broken locks) I was apprehensive - but the room itself was wonderful! We went to the lobby about 8 the next morning and both doors were locked - so no breakfast as promised. Also, no receipt as promised, and the trashcan remained overflowing. I think the excellent ratings are probably from previous owners/managers - and am guessing the rooms will soon be going downhill too.

Parking lot rough and pavement breaking up. No facial tissue was available in any of the rooms. Not acceptable especially with a son suffering with a head cold. Front desk clerk not sympathetic about it at all. Room and hallway could have been better cleaned.

Great value that delivers
This hotel was comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and a nice mini fridge with a separate freezer.

The unit was clean, quiet, and roomy. It was inexpensive so the location and lack of amenities is just fine. Great value for an adequate room.

This property is clearly in the midst of renovations. That said, we were given a renovated room that was clean, comfortable and had excellent air conditioning, which was very important because we arrived to outside temperatures over 100F during an unseasonable hot spell. The renovations included the addition of a mini fridge and microwave, which I don't believe the listing we saw included.

The toilet seat was missing a bolt and slid when you sat down on it causing you to fall off. At 8:30 the next morning I went to the office and waited a bit for the female who was there when we checked (obviously had awakened her)i and politely asked her to attend to it. She repeated the room number. We were gone all day and when we came back it was NOT done. No clean towels, washcloths, no made bed. We had place our towels in a neat pile on the floor. Checked out the next morning and left without showering.

Awful spider infested hotel
Horrible stay! This hotel has brown recluse spiders and not just a couple i guarantee because my wife was bit by one and another guest found some as well. Do not recommend for that and other reasons. The pool was empty even though the pictures show one. Their lobby was closed all morning, cops outisde blocking the driveay half the night.
