La Vie de Chateau
I arrived at night. Off a main road you suddenly enter into a different world. Going down gently through the park I saw a couple of sheep. I was welcomed by Mme La Comtesse and shown to my beautiful room. Lovely period decor with all modern amenities. Even a decanter with port ! Very quiet. And in the morning what a view ! Grand dining room for breakfast. Everything is served to perfection. All food is homemade, even the jams. It was lovely to have conversation with people from all over with our hosts joining in. Really "La vie de chateau".
