There was construction going on while on our stay. But even with it going on. It was still a great stay. I will say that they have updated the rooms and they are a way nicer this stay around than the last. Last year they weren’t bad. But they are way better now.

The phrase "you pay for what you get " it definitely a true statement. I itched the entire night. The floors were gross. The shower look like it was going to fall in. The crack at the bottom of the door. Whew Jesus. Never again

Make sure renovations are complete before booking
After making my reservation online, i called to confirm the room i reserved would be far from all high traffic/noisy areas. My room was confirmed. A few days later asxwe drove to our destination, i received a call explaining that the hotel was undergoing renovations = noise. And that my room was no longer available. Although a discount was given and I was reassured that the noise would not be a problem. However, it was. One night, it sounded like someone was doing jumping jacks in the room above us after 10 pm. Another night I woke up around 1 am to seval women being very loud in the lobby, which was about 20-ft from our room. The sink water did not work, I checked the valves under the sink. They were on.

Property is under major renovation. Immense construction noise. The first two floors have not yet been renovated but are in dire need of it.

The property was average but the room was horrible. Smelled like a mixture of mold, mildew and smoke. Curtains were outdated and let light in. It was bad. I got the room for someone else, but if I had to stay there I wools have asked for refund

Disgusting
When we arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk. We waited 20 minutes. There were people in the lobby. Dogs running around. Finally got someone to the front. He was kind and got us checked in. Our room is disgusting. It smells horrible. The carpet is nasty. The bathroom was disgusting. We hated to let any of our belongings touch the floor. The toilet seat was dirty. Hair in the bathtub. Linens smell like wet dog. We were disgusted. We were only there an hour bc we were attending a concert in Houston at 530. We gathered all of our belongings and went back to the lobby. No one was there. We didn't have time to wait. After the concert we planned to return home. My daughter asked if we could just sleep in the car instead of the room. It was after midnight when we left Houston. We were too tired to drive home so we came back to the hotel. Tried to make the best of it. None of us slept. My daughter sneezed and coughed all night. Something in the room flared up her allergies. The beds were uncomfortable. We feel nasty. As I'm driving home I can still smell that hotel on my clothes and in my hair.

The staff was so unprofessional when you check in and during checkout. Veterans friendly it's a fraud. The room was under construction, holes on the bathroom, crack on the wall and the door.Dont even think of watching TV. TV remote is not in the room you have to get from the front desk. He handed you one that is too dirty no batteries.Breakfast if you did not get there by 8am no coffee no eggs,no juice. You ask for a refill the frontdesk said if you did not get some you stuck with just the waffles.My husband was a 2 war veteran hero but for the lady in the front desk to just ignore him when he ask if they are refilling an orange juice no class. Worst place we ever stayed at.Its a dump.

Stay was okay, priced for what you get. Building is under renovation so it isn't at potential. We were on the third floor and there appeared to be a water line on the interior room door (from flooding?) Perhaps it was moved from a lower room. I'm from a family that wasn't well off growing up so this caliber of hotel isn't shocking to me. People were friendly, real salt of the earth types. 2 star hotel

The property is going through renovations so I am unsure what the condition will be after renovations are complete. The carpet in our room was very dirty, there was paint on the curtains, and overall cleanliness of the facility was poor. Multiple outlets in the room did not work and there was a loose extension cord from the fridge to an outlet about 5 feet away. Parking is limited. The wifi worked!

The carpet was shampooed the same day we checked in. The fan was still blowing in the room when we arrived. They removed the fan but the carpet was still damp and the room smelled damp and stayed damp our entire stay. Should make sure the room is ready for occupancy

We choose this because it was recommended by the funeral home because we were coming in for a funeral. Property was absolutely disgusting and the room were so gross. Do not I repeat do not stay here.

Disgusting Roach Infested!
The place looked nothing like the pictures online. I had to wait 15 minutes outside when i arrived because the entrance was blocked by construction crew. The 1st room the put me in smelled sour and had mild groeing up the wall in the bathroom. The 2nd room smelled musty, the carpet was dirty, the shampoo and conditioner was half used and i left early because there were roaches climbing up the wall and mold growing in the pictures on the wall. I was completely disgusted by the hotel. Took pictures of the hotel to report to my company and this hotel was removed from the approval list for hotels in Conroe, Texas.

A KIND WARNING
Room 203 had roaches, a hole in the bathtub cover with adhesive and dirty edges ...mold. Window sills unfinshed and actually had exposed drywall and 2 by 4. Walls were being smooth coated But only in some areas, not painted and patches in much of the room. Dirty Box springs were not covered and the sheets had r hair from another guest. Window was with a significant crack.

Cockroaches in room! Hotel under construction and we were not made aware of this prior to our stay. Therefore some amenities were not available. I would not stay here again!

This property is under renovation. From the looks of things it show have been done years ago. Carpet was very stained and wall paper was coming off walls. Being as it was a pet friendly property it smelled like a dog kennel everywhere. The order was so bad in elevator you could hardly breathe. People with pet allergies wouldn’t have been able to stay

Terrible absolutely terrible make it right
I went to stay for my birthday weekend and got there changed into my swimsuit pool was closed place was under construction decided to stay and got woken up at 7 by the construction crew right across from my room they wouldn’t switch my room so I didn’t stay the rest. After calling and speaking to the manager to get a refund which I can’t get without owner approval. Have not been called by him when told I would I will be calling again I do hope they make it right!!

Worst hotel experience EVER!
The entire place is under construction and all the workers are living in the hotel and the parking lot. There are dogs walking around the hotel. The elevator wreaked of pet urine. The room had stained sheets and two of the smallest , thinnest bath towels I have ever seen. I would NEVER recommend anyone ever stay here.

From my many stays in very different hotels, this was by far one of the most unpleasant experiences. First; the front desk decided to call the cops on me after, apparently, the next door guest “heard” a baby crying, went to go check on me, and I did not answered. If they were to just looked at the breakfast area they would have seeing a grandmother with 2 toodlers and a baby, which I had registered. Second; my grandkids were taking a nap and the fire alarm went on, no one said to evacuate, but after like seems 15 minutes the fire department came by, discovered there was no fire, and turn off the alarms. The whole stay was not a pleasant one, so I decided to check out a day early.
