My key card did not work, i had to walk down to the front desk three times and the staff was not very pleasant about it all. They ended up giving me a different room further away and that key finally worked. I am a senior so all that walking to get a key to work was not good. The room was ok, the bed was not comfortable and the tv in the new room was not working well So we gave up trying to watch it as i was too tired. We stayed at this property as it was close to the hospital. My husband was having a heart procedure early in the morning. We arrived an hour before 3pm check in but was told she would have to charge me a 25.00 early check in fee. She did state she had rooms ready but i decided to wait out the hour. The two ladies working the front desk were not pleasant at all. The man that helped us with the final key that worked was pleasant. This property does not offer breakfast and they do not have a ice machine. You have to turn on the icemaker in the freezer and wsit till it makes ice cubes. Not planning on staying here again.

The property appeared nice from the outside; however the base boards appeared to have water saturation, this is evident in the main lobby, as you walk towards the elevators. There was a large water leak in the gym, area coming the floor above. The staff would be seated behind the desk area, obviously asleep and appeared to be irritated with guest. I called about extra blankets for pullout sofa, and the front desk clerk was put off when I asked if we had to come and get supplies. As she stated " this is like extended stay, no housekeeping but once a week." As I was visiting The Woodlands due the death of a family member, I usually choose another hotel brand. I thought it was ok since they do not offer breakfast, but they do offer complimentary washer/dryer; however only 1 washing machine worked and 1 dryer actaully dried your clothing. So, I have to say I was not happy.

Inexpensive. Smelled of smoke and the elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022. Ok if you’re not staying long.

Unwilling to give back credits earned
I was here for a work trip, Had some time between shifts at the hospital and booked this place to take a nap. Went and asked could I check in, since it was early they said it would be a fee in order to do so. By the time I would’ve been allowed to check in, I would’ve been back at the hospital. I opted not to pay the fee, went back to my car and fell asleep, ended up having to go back to work and not getting any proper rest at all. Once I realized that the hotel didn’t refund me or anything, (I used credits by the way which took me MULTIPLE stays to earn) I reached out to hotels.com who let me know that the management here was UNWILLING to do anything in my case because I didn’t “call to cancel”… I left to go sleep in my car after they denied me and they still took my credit lol like how much more worse could this nightmare get?! I disputed at least 3 - 4 times!!!!! I honestly just wanted to sleep before heading back to work that afternoon, this is just ridiculous and inconsiderate of service workers. I will never book here or with IHG again! Marriott is the way to go.

Cozy and Comfortable
The rooms are clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable. Great location and near lots of restaurants. Cost reasonable.

Very pleasant stay. Room was clean, quiet and well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful when we extended or stay. The free laundry is a big plus! The one and only fault I had was the card readers on the exterior doors were out of service, making the main desk/lobby the only way to enter. With parking on three sides of the building, this is an inconvenience.

I didn’t get the room I had reserved. Also there were cracks and holes in the shower floor. The bed was very comfortable

DIRTY POOL!!!
It was only a 1 night stay but my Son was excited to stay the night in a hotel, but was very very disappointed when the pool was not clean. The whole reason i stayed at this location was because of the pool.

I stayed in room 318 and the deadbolt couldn’t properly lock, there was some milk above the shower and window seal. There was also some moss growing on the window seal, too. I didn’t get pictures, unfortunately. I ended up sick during and after my stay.

Overall a nice place to stay.
We would have rated the condition better but our toilet in our room, was not up to par so we had to change rooms after the the 1st night. A bit of an inconvenience. Staff was very accommodating.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was nice and friendly. Area around hotel is hard to navigate due to heavy traffic and limited options to avoid Interstate 45.
