This "lowtel" is the most horrible place ever!!! It says Quality Inn, but nothing about it was of any quality. Someone had done #2 in our toilet and left the evidence, our bed was broken, the towels had blood stains on them, and someone walked right into our room while we were sleep! We changed rooms and this room had no tissue and the towels were dirty again!! We asked for a roll of tissue and the white lady at the front desk gave us a roll with an attitude stating that that was the last roll she had. My family and I will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn ever again. Avoid this place at all cost.

The property advertises complimentary breakfast but not once did they have breakfast or coffee any time i stayed. (3 or 4) different times within 2 weeks. Jad to track down personell to see if we could get breakfast and they offered coffee instead.... No ove machines, no vending, no store. Out of luck for drinks and meals

They hardly had anything for breakfast it was saf what was offered service on room sucked had light bulbs that didn’t work and a small tv it wasn’t at all good for the money I spent for 8 days. Very disappointed yet had to stay because I was flooded at my house.

It was a very nice room the only thing is they advertised breakfast yet theres very limited variety. Its either waffles or toast thats it. Very disappointing

Should have realized with no cars in the parking lot to turn around, but I already had the Expedia reservation. Highway access road under construction, entrance hard to find and dangerous to pull out. Automatic entry doors were broken, had to physically pry them open to get in. No note on them, just had to figure it out for yourself. Lights were off behind check in counter, thought the place was closed down!! Room was ok, but I got my surprise when I tried to take my shower at 5 am and not enough water pressure to make the shower work. I ran the bathroom sink and it had plenty of water pressure but no hot water! Breakfast was a joke, coffee, waffle maker, a few pieces of bread for toast and juice. Run to Super 8 or Motel 6, do not stay here!

Was lost, called 4 times to get directions only to have NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE. Entry way was VERY trashy - immediate STINCH was nauseating. 2 questionable persons lurking and LOOKING in the windows of parked guests cars. I had to wait 23 mins before getting out of my vehicle, to "make a run for the door". Once in the door, i waited for frint desk reception but nobody came. VERY uncomfortable, sketchy, unsafe feeling and ended up leaving - ONLY TO SLEEP IN MY COMPANY VAN as it was late and unfamiliar with the area to seek suitable lodging. Ive sinced called the hotel, to request a refund but again have had NO response.

Was black mold in and on bathroom wall, as well with urine and pubic hairs on the toilet seat. The room was not real bad but not real clean i had looked under the mattress and found a old tv dinner someone stashed under there gross. Remote controls for tv didnt work either as well as older lady at the desk was extremely rude an unhelpful

Loved the price and size of the rooms but the first night we lost power after 30 minutes of being checked in, and regained power 5 minutes before the 11am check out time.. i could not even see inthe room or bathroom well enough to pack my things and had to argue for a later check out time... rhe room was filthy the only thing possibly clean was the sheets. Everything even the bedside table was covered in dust, crunbs stains and the floors in the bathroom and main room was never cleaned. There was also no amenities

I had a reservation with two queen bed and they gave me one with king bed and a sofa. And they didn’t even know if the rooms where available or not!

The front receptionist was outstanding. Its getting harder to find any customer service at all, much less good people that try. The cost overall is great for the quality and cleanliness.

We were not able to check in and had to find another place to stay at 11:30 pm. Upon our arrival at 10:43pm, there was a customer who was on the phone with a manager on speaker phone - We could hear both conversations- he was upset about his people having dirty rooms with roaches or others losing their reservation. During this time, the person behind the counter was answering questions from the manager on the phone or cleaning the counter. There was a switch of clerks, then the new clerk got a phone call and disappeared. By 11:30, after not being able to check in or acknowledged we had to leave and found another place, we had to be up at 6 am for an event the next morning . Would like to someone to contact me for refund.

I liked everything.. the pool is out but that was okay because its kind of cold anyway. Other then that everything was great. Will surely be back.

Evening staff was great, easy check in very accommodating. Room clean however, bathroom tile was missing and had mold. TV did not work evening help tried to fix and couldn’t. Had one channel only! NO HOT WATER! In the evening or in the morning! NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK IN THE MORNING! LIGHTS OUT! Completely shut down. Housekeeper only one around! No one to help or complain too! The day you get what you pay for and boy did we! Had to cancel our Christmas event because we were not able to bathe. Even at 6am no hot water, 10:30 am no hot water! Sign on front door says IF FIRE CALL 911 their machinery not worki to alert for fire. Will never stay again and please don’t bother to put your pre-typed apology I will not be coming back and will not recommend!

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at. We waited over 30min it’s to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The room was disgusting. The toilet and tub were dirty we had to buy products to clean them ourselves because again no one was at the front desk. The towels were dirty and stained. The floor in the room was dirty. The room was really hot it smelled really bad in there. Breakfast was from 7am-9am and there was no food! Overall I would not recommend staying at this place. If I could get a refund I would!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
We had no hot water, bathroom was dirty, couch was dirty, no bath rags, no bedding for couch bed, smelled, pool was drained and looked disgusting, ice machine not working, lawn hadn't been mowed and was knee high. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. I called the day before and day off with questions about reservations and left messages with no call back. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaked every move you made. Carpeting looked nasty. Breakfast was terrible. A/c worked great! Within 30 min of checking in we looked for another hotel but was able to find one.

Disappointed
I never leave reviews but I want to prevent someone else from the same experience. This hotel needs to be cleaned and things replaced. Our bed was literally broken and there was exposed wiring in the bathroom. Breakfast was not at all as advertised with no attendant and no food or juice. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Inside & outside of building was so run down. Inside smelled stuffy. Lightbulbs out & carpet stained but room was clean. Shower faucet leaked. We’ll not stay there again. Front desk clerk, young man, was so friendly and professional.
