Laxman, I am sorry to hear that you did not have a very good experience while staying with us. The reason we only accept the deposit in the form of cash is because on a credit card, when you leave our property and we release the hold on your card the credit card company actually does not release the hold for 7-10 business days. Therefore, we was having some upset customers because they wasn't able to access their funds. I hope this helps. Bruce, I apologize that the deposit was an aggravation to you. However, the reason we do cash only for the deposits is because when a "hold on funds" is placed on a credit card, most credit card companies actually hold in an amount that exceeds what we request for the deposit. When you check-out and the hold is released, it actually takes 7-10 business days before you can access those funds. I hope this explanation gives you a better understanding as to why we require cash. We certainly hope to see you again soon!Thanks,

We have had maintenance check the room that you was in, and thankfully, we did not find any trace of any bugs. Also, if you would have notified us immediately regarding issues with the toilet, we would have certainly moved you into a room with no issues. Thanks,

Dale, we do require a 40 cash deposit upon arrival that is refunded at check-out as long as there is no damages or nothing missing. As you stated, we do a quick check of every room as they check-out. The reason we require cash instead of credit card is because when we release the hold of the funds on your credit card, it takes 7-10 business days before the release is granted. Unfortunately, the way our computer system is set up, once we start a reservation we have to complete it in order for the room to be held for that guest. I hope these explanation's re-assure you that we always have our guests at our best interest. We would certainly enjoy and love to have you come back and stay with us. Give us the opportunity to raise that 4 out of 10. Customer service is our greatest value so we hope to see you soon!
