When guests arrive for their stay, they are provided with phone numbers to reach staff immediately if they encounter any issues with their accommodations. I did check with the office and they do not have record of any complaints about your stay. Our housekeeping staff receives many high compliments about their work and had our staff been made aware of an issue with your blankets on your bed, we would have immediately came and remedied that. We have made maintenance and management aware of the floor in the bathroom and will be addressing that issue.
