Todo muy bien, las habitaciones limpias y cómodos. No hay Internet estable, para que lo tengan en cuenta. Doña Guadalupe fue muy amable y accesible.

Está muy cerca del centro, este hotel es una buena opción para ir de paso por Creel, cuenta con lo básico para pasar la noche a un buen precio. Me gustaría destacar 4 puntos: Las habitaciones tienen mini split, eso hace que se mantenga calientita a diferencia del frío de afuera. El agua de la regadera sale calientita y con buena presión - Doña Guadalupe, quien nos recibió, fue muy atenta y amable; nos dio recomendaciones de los alrededores - El wifi no funciona. En general, la conectividad en Creel es deficiente Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

Las habitaciones son buenas en lo general, solamente que desde que te reciben ya no vuelven a brindar ninguna atención, el internet no agarraba, muy mal señal.

Nice location, new and elegant (I was in the new building in the back). There was a noisy water pump outside that switched on and off all night long, but overall the hotel was much nicer than I'm used to. In the center of town, the Chepe trains stop directly in front.

El lugar esta muy bien para el precio, cerca de la calle principal de restaurantes y artesanias, esta limpio y tiene buena atención, lo unico es que la tele solo tiene cuatro o cinco canales, y el wifi, al menos yo, no lo pude hacer funcionar en mi cel.

La Señora del hotel muy amable. La puerta del cuarto 1 no se puede cerrar, la chapa no sirve. Las sábanas limpias pero a punto de romperse.

Great choice
I wanted to thank the management for allowing us to store our luggage a couple hours before our check in time. As for parking, I did not use parking so I am not sure if there was one available. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the Creel train station. Great location and great price. The rooms were clean.

The staff was great. We arrived late at night, but they took care of us and got us our rooms. But call ahead to alert them. The rooms are plain, no frills. But they are clean and there is plenty of water pressure and HOT water. Ask for a room in the back. It'll be a bit quieter.

The property is at the end of the town. You will need to walk a block over to tracks to downtown. It is really close. The reception is not where the rooms are at. The picture on Expedia is the rooms. The reception is one street over east.

The singing toilet
The checkin we called the hotel number. During the call a lady came around the corner. She was sweet and demure and we had a language barrier. She smiled nicely and went across the street to get the key and came back to ket us in. She was not what i pictured as the receptionist but she got the job done very nicely . Showed us how to hear the room warmer. Smiled alot. Very gentle. The beds were super comfortable with warm bedding. Internet comes and goes but that is standard we are told in this town. The bathroom could use the walls wasked down good and the door replaced as you can tell it has def been kicked in at least once. The toilet sings a pretty song after flushing. So for a sound person looking for that odd sound to add to a horror moving this could be just the find for you. We paid 1020p for this room. We found others that are much nicer in town starting at 980p and up. This room should be on the lowest price scale. If i had paid around 500p then i would have been quiet content to stay our remaining 3 days here. But for the price difference of a much nicer facility and actual cost savings we are going to take advantage of an other offer in the toen till we leave on Tuesday.

Very attentive!
The lady of the facility was very attentive and made sure she was available if we needed anything. The best of this place was showers nice hot water to shower.

En un hotel sencillo pero con todas las comodidades, muy limpio y la Sra Lupita la encargada del Hotel muy amable, se encuentra a 2 cuadras del centro, entonces fue muy fácil trasladarnos a los restaurantes y tiendas de artesanías.

Muy bien todo en general, el único pero es que el cuarto donde estuve tiene calentador de gas el cual no debe dejarse prendido mucho tiempo sin ventilación debido a posibles intoxicaciones (advertencia la cual nos hizo saber la encargada), pero aún sin el calentón no se pasa frío en la noche porque tiene muchas cobijas

Excelente servicio y atención
Muy atenta y servicial la Sra encargada. El cuarto muy limpio. No es la gran cosa pero por el precio, está bien. No tiene estacionamiento y deja uno el carro afuera, por lo que no hay mucho lugar.

Pague una habitación para 7 personas con Cosina no cucharas ni chicas ni grandes o sea nada para poder cocinar nomás la cocina vasos y platos. Si necesitas algo tienes que pedirlo hasta las toallas, no regresaría a este hotel a ceel si es hermoso.

No nos gustó mucho la ubicacion, porque en esa habitación se escucha mucho todo el movimiento de camiones, el tren, etc, pero la pasamos muy agusto aun con eso!
