Happy stay
Love it , the staff are lovely always polite, and ready to help. The only - they ask all the time the room number, I mean after every drink, I think they need reconsider the system. But overall very good food! Hope to to be back the next year. Personally thank you for Vladimir ( I know is not) who makes excellent work ! Like all of the Rest stuff!

Beautiful setting, staff were helpful. Food for the most part was good. Plenty of selection as well. I probably should say there were a few things which needed attention in my room like the door onto the balcony and light, and the staff did their best to try and fix these (immediately) I may add.

Not enough staff, slow service, too crowded and loud. rooms looks very old and dated. Food was terrible in both Buffet and A La carts. It was not fresh, seems recycled throughout all the restaurants. small swimming pool for those many guests. It is not a place to relax but maybe if you have young kids it is more convenient.

Can’t fault this hotel. It’s big and a bit “concrete” for my taste but provided everything we needed for a family holiday. Good food, excellent service and lots of different pools, activities etc for the kids.

En general el hotel es un 10 los empleados todos en todo momento muy muy amables en especial un chico en la playa alex creo que es mejor empleado que pueden tener, la comida y el todo incluido un 10 , lo único que no me gusto nada es el tipo de habitación yo pague mucho más por una habitación con vista al mar y efectivamente tenía vista pero a los árboles un poco el mar lo cual si me decepciono mucho ya que decidí pagar un poco más por la vista y no la recibí así, por lo demás el hotel es un excelente lugar y merece totalmente la pena

Perfect family getaway
Great stay for families with three pools, a water park, beach, great a la carte restaurants and recently renovated rooms. The all-inclusive package is worth it!

Struttura pulitissima, piscine ampie con ottimi servizi. Formula All inclusive ottima con anche la possibilità di cenare per ben 3 volte in 5 giorni in 3 dei 5 ristoranti con servizio alla carta senza pagare alcun extra. Possibilità impagabile di pranzare con servizio al tavolo sia in piscina che in spiaggia all'aperto vista mare, sempre tutto all-inclusive. Ciliegina sulla torta!... ho richiesto via email la possibilità di cenare presso un ristorante alla carta vista mare per il compleanno di mia moglie, richiesta confermata con inaspettata sorpresa a fine cena, torta di compleanno con auguri da parte delle ragazze del servizio. Ci torneremo sicuramente anche per più giorni!

A beautiful hotel with wonderful food and friendly staff. The room, grounds, public areas and restaurants were always immaculately clean. The restaurant provided excellent gluten free options and always offered to make fresh food to avoid cross contamination due to being coeliac. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and has lots of steps and steep hills so wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues. There is also nothing around close by for those who enjoy venturing out, but everything you need is available within the grounds. The food was great quality both at the pool and in the restaurant. The drinks were branded and the cocktail list extensive. The water park was an excellent addition. Both the main pools were 1.4m deep all round which was a slight issue with younger children but there was a shallower kids pool at the water park. The only grumble was that the hotel shop was selling inflatables for around 11 euros. We discovered only after purchasing them that they were not allowed in the pools and therefore couldn’t understand why they were selling them! Overall a wonderful, tranquil hotel highly recommended for a peaceful break where you will be treated like royalty.

This is the second year we’ve stayed at a MarBella property and again we had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food options are all delicious. We had a bungalow with private pool and would definitely choose this option again. It’s an easy transfer from the airport and I look forward to booking again for next year.

Loved it! Huge variety and quality of food at the buffet breakfast and dinner - the dinner menu varied each day during our seven-day stay. Exceptional staff - attentive, friendly and plenty of them around. Easy access to the beach front with two excellent eating/drinking venues. A good range of activities available - including an interesting trek up into the hills, which is worthwhile doing. The hotel is clearly designed for families and peak times it might be busy. However early October meant it was quieter, which we really appreciated. We would happily return there and would recommended it. Only one downside - the rooms need mugs and not just cups - its a pet peeve.

We had a 5 night family break with bigger teens over half term. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel having stayed in many 5 star hotels before. We were in a standard sea view room and although small they were perfectly formed with wonderful view. The beach and boardwalk area were stunning with a lovely restaurant and bar. The sea is so clear that fish and octopus watching were very easy from the deck. Restaurants were good, buffet plentiful, staff friendly . The water park was fun for an hour, the tennis court needed revamping. Gardens immaculate. Lots of steps as built into hillside but all appeared accessible. We look forward to visiting again .

Lovely hotel, staff are incredible. Lovely drinks and nice alacarte restaurants to choose from. The boat trip to corfu town a nice added bonus. Pools are cold so would recommend packing a wet-suit top for the kids as they were blue after being in for a short period.
