I’ll be polite….Kavos as a whole was nothing like what I read from google. This facility was run down, mosquitos everywhere and air condition did not work.

Amazing, friendly staff, I would say 5 star hotel
We had an amazing holiday at the Mediterranean Blue. Place, staff, food are all 5 star. The staff at this hotel were fantastic, they were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was outstanding and plenty of it. Hotel rooms, grounds & pool areas were immaculate. Myself and my husband would highly recommended a stay here. So much so that we are planning to return next year with our children and grandchildren

Geweldig ontbijt , uitgebreide menukaart Uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gezellige themaavonden, Griekse avond, barbeque, pizzaavond enz... Alles aan zeer aanvaardbare prijzen. De voorzieningen (parasols en ligstoelen) aan pool south waren stuk oubollig en versleten. De toegangsweg naar het strand kan best eens opgekuist en verfraaid worden.

If you look for a quiet place, you should avoid Kavos alltogether. Said this, Med Blue hotel is outside the main party zone.

Grazioso villaggio con casette e stradine di pietr
Il residence si trova sulla punta dell'isola, vicino al vivace paesino di Kavos, ma abbastanza lontano per godere la tranquillità e il riposo. È un struttura ben organizzata di appartamenti compresi di piccola cucina frigo microonde e piastre, un patio davanti e un giardino dietro dove fare colazione e se si vuole pranzare e cenare. Il giardino è ben curato e le stradine interne sono di pietra e portano nei vari appartamenti e si snodano tra le due piscine. Il ristorante è il bar (un lungo bancone che da sulla piscina all'entrata) sono sempre aperti e il cibo è ottimo, anche i cocktail sono ben fatti. Il personale è esattamente carino e gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Hotel terríveis, não indico ninguém ficar lá, sujo, cheio de moscas e camas horríveis. Tanto que tínhamos 5 noites de reserva é só ficamos 1. Trocamos de hotel.

Penny and her husband were absolutely wonderful people who accommodated my sisters hen even with 7 sisters. It was an amazing place to stay lovely people we met. I would and all the girls would definitely come back again. We most of just loved that Secret Beach. X

Excellent and relaxing stay!
We had a great stay at the Med Blue it was far enough away from the centre of Kavos to be a restful, family break, Penny and Billy the complexes owners were genuine,friendly and accommodating. The complex was clean and had everything you needed, the food served was tasty and excellent portions. Would highly recommend this apartment complex for a restful holiday and if you wanted great nightlife it was only a 10/15 minute walk away, Kavos also has very competitive restaurants with excellent meal choices and value for money!

Great apartment with fantastic staff
Stayed here for ten days with my girlfriend. I would recommend this place to anyone. The complex looks cozy and the personnel is very friendly. They will do their best to make sure you have a good stay. It's nog very large so there is a personal atmosphere, which is very nice. They have nice activities like a Greek Night and live music.

Fint hotellområde men avskilt och rörigt
Förbokad transfer från flygplatsen var bortglömd, fick vänta i 2 timmar och jaga personal på hotellet som gav olika info. Fick inte ens rabatt och chauffören klagade på alla turister osv. Samt att priset var olika beroende på vem man pratade med. Strulig incheckning och personalen försökte ta betalt för bl.a. aircondition. Tråkigt första intryck! Tjejen i baren vid det lugnare komplexet var dock väldigt trevlig och serviceminded! Tyvärr mycket ungdomsgäng och sena fester, därav inte så mycket sömn. Hotellets område är fint, men det ligger rätt avskilt och långt ifrån både staden och finare stränder om man vill bada i havet. Prisvärt om man vill festa och härja om nätterna.

Exceeded expectations
I do not normally write reviews, so this is completely truthful in its appraisal. The pictures do not paint the hotel in the best light, but upon our 11pm arrival we were met with complimentary and ready to help staff, that put the insurance of a lovely holiday as their top priority! Penny is completely great as is her team and they could not have looked after 11 teenagers for 6 nights any better. We love you Mediterranean Blue!

Sehr, sehr nette Hotelbesitzer! Unser Appartement war groß, hatte einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und war sauber. Jedoch gab es keine Möglichkeit zu kochen-nur ein Kühlschrank und eine Arbeitsplatte vorhanden. Der Standabschnitt in der Nähe war leider nicht schön.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist - jedenfalls in der Vorsaison - unschlagbar, das Personal sehr freundlich. Da fallen auch kleinere Wermutstropfen kaum ins Gewicht: unser Zimmer war im Gelände etwas weiter außen und hatte teilweise kaum oder nur sehr schlechtes W-Lan. Wer nicht unbedingt auf englisches Frühstück steht, wird nach europäischen Standards meist nicht sehr glücklich, wobei der Vergleich mit anderen griechischen Hotels offen bleiben muss.

We appreciate hotel keepers attitude to their customers needs. Room was very simple but ok, rest of the hotel facility was well working and suitable for families with children but also to party travellers.

Abbiamo soggiornato lì dal 20 al 27 agosto. All'arrivo ci hanno accolti con un flute di benvenuto e poi ci hanno dato una mano con le valige e anche con il mangiare, in quanto abbiamo mangiato presso il loro ristorante TEX MEX(leggermente caro). Camera pulitissima, con terrazzo con vista mare, mobili abbastanza moderni e una specie di angolo cottura con frigo funzionante. Quello che ho trovato realmente orrendo è stato il bagno (stra puzzolente a casa dello scarico) ed il fatto che essendo una coppia, ci hanno dato una camera con 2 letti singoli. Bella la piscina e gentile il personale. Consiglierei in assoluto l'hotel per la posizione, gentilezza del personale e la pulizia delle camere.

Bodde på hotellet med venninne og 2 store barn. Fint hotell i utkanten av bylivet. Bør ha bil. Kort vei til stranda og noen restauranter. Passer kanskje ikke for barnefamilier, siden det er mye festglade ungdommer som bor der.

Kavos = party
Travelling with 2 kids of 13 and 16 and keep in mind that Kavos in summer-months are NOT for kids.... It is a party-place for youths and is really busy/noisy. If you enjoy party the whole night, this is perfect.

Appartamento a due passi dal mare e dal centro
La struttura è datata ma in buonissime condizioni, esternamente ben tenuta e con una bella piscina che fa da magnete per gli ospiti. Tutto gravità intorno al bar e la piscina. Le camere sono spaziose (almeno la nostra) ed il livello delle finiture è nello standard greco.....accettabile per il paese in cui sei! Il personale è sempre disponibile ad aiutarti ma, per chi non sa l'inglese non è il massimo......

Amazing and comfortable
I loved Corfu, but it would have not been the same without the comfy and cozy Meditteranean Blue! The staff is friendly and very helpful, and they are ready to help you jam pack your day with lovely cruises and other fun activities. Definitely a complete steal for what you pay.

Brilliant at the BLUE.
A brilliant stay over the bank holiday. Billy, resort operator, greeted us at 530 in the morning to assist with check in, then opened the bar. He and the staff provided great hospitality. The BLUE is a must stay when visiting Kavos.

Gemoedelijke accommodatie
Med Blue is een gemoedelijk appartementencomplex even buiten Kavos en heeft zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Het is kleinschalig waardoor er een persoonlijke sfeer ontstaat. De ligging is prima en in de buurt is het vrij rustig. Aan het eind van de weg is een strandje, maar in de omgeving zijn er meerdere te vinden. Op het complex kun je goed eten en er wordt 's avonds ook wel wat georganiseerd zoals een BBQ of een Griekse avond. Even verderop op loopafstand heb je een familierestaurant genaamd The Rose Tree waar de kwaliteit van het eten zeer goed is en bovendien goedkoper. De eigenaar van dit restaurant is ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het plaatsje Kavos zelf vinden wij niet erg leuk, omdat het nogal op de Engelse jeugd is ingesteld. Maar als je komt om te feesten is dit een prima plek. Med Blue ligt verderop buiten Kavos en van de feestende jongeren in Kavos heb je dus geen last, omdat dit ver genoeg weg is. De omgeving is prachtig en bosrijk, maar dat is heel Corfu.
