Lovely stay
Really lovely stay, very clean and good size room. The whole place is very well looked after. Only one suggestion would be to take an eye mask if you’re staying in the summer as the rooms are very bright first thing in the morning.

We stayed in room 1 and it seemed like the plumbing from upstairs all went through our room. We could hear all the flushes, shower etc as if it was in our room. Entrance door was noisy and we heard every time someone past the room, we could hear the people in the room above talking or their tv on. The owners were nice, breakfast was good, room was a reasonable size and comfy beds. Parking is limited to smaller vehicles and only 4 spaces including the owners vehicles. Overall it did the job but I feel if the noise issues were addressed it would improve the experience by quite a bit.

I'll definitely stay here again!
Rooms are adorable and comfortable. Owner is very friendly and accommodating to any needs we had. Breakfast was delicious.

The accommodation was large,very comfortable and clean with friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and of generous proportions. The location is good with all of Newquay's attractions with in walking distance. Highly recommended!!

Everything you could have wished for.
We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra night. It was easy to get to, close to Newquay and easy access to get everywhere else we want to visit in southern part of Cornwall. Karen and Andy were very helpful and easy to be with. Breakfast was delicious, Andy!

Comfortable Room in Ideal Location
The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, and the owners were friendly and helpful. Having a parking space was a real plus, and the location is wonderful for walking to everything (beaches, restaurants, town, harbor, etc.). We enjoyed the generous breakfasts served every morning before heading out to the wonderful sites in the area. We definitely plan to return and stay here again!

Sehr gemütlich und zentral.
Karen ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sehr herzlich und freundlich. Unser Zimmer lag unter dem Dach, was bei heißem Wetter zur 'Überhitzung' führt. Man kann das Fenster zwar öffnen, doch es liegt zur Hauptstraße, so dass es ziemlich laut ist (auch nachts). Allerdings macht die Lage des Hotels (alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar) und seine Gastgeberin das wieder gut. Newquey ist sehr beliebt bei den Engländern, so dass es am WE voll und laut ist. Man muss hier keinen langen Aufenthalt planen... es gibt in Cornwall schönere Örtchen zum Übernachten.

Sehr gute Lage.
Cornwall ist wunderschön. Besonders zum wandern oder surfen. Unsere Unterkunft war recht klein aber fein. Andy und Karen, die Hausbetreiber waren sehr freundlich und gute Gastgeber. Unser Zimmer mit Dachschräge war sehr klein, sodass wir uns kaum darin aufhielten. Das brauchten wir auch nicht, da wir in dieser super Landschaft und bei dem herrlichen Wetter hauptsächlich die Gegend erkundeten. Für 3 Tage deshalb ausreichend, bei längerem Aufenthalt würde es eng werden. Schade, dass es keinen deutschen TV Sender gab. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Förstår inte hur man kan bedöma detta med 5 i betyg! Det enda som var 5 var värdinnan! Hon var fantastiskt trevlig snäll hjälpsam på alla sätt. Frukosten var också bra med engelska mått mätt. Men rummet ja slitet behövs renoveras. Duschen trasig duschstrålen så klen att det tog 25 min att få skölja mitt långa hår. Kuddarna var de hårdaste jag någonsin varit med om som betongklossar. Sängarna inget vidare! Och det luktade mögel i hela byggnaden! Och handdukarna man fick luktade också mögel. Läget bra då det är nära stan och även stranden. Men fruktansvärt oväsen på nätterna som en motorväg utanför och måsar som skrek hela natten. Sov inte en blund på tre nätter. Varmt rum med och var tvungen att ha öppet på natten ett fönster vilket förvärrade trafiksituationen! Har man i ga sömnproblem alls i livet och bara stannar en natt för att surfa eller dyl kan drt vara ok annars bland den lägsta standarden jag varit med om på mina nästan 50 resor utomlands.

Hosts were lovely and breakfast was great. Room was basic and fine for short stays. The location was convenient; close to everything without being in the middle of a noisy town centre.

Good B&B
Lovely staff and nice and charming B&B. Room was rather small though and our room faced onto a main road so it was quite noisy at night. Great value though.

great location and comfy hotel
Great location for easy access into Newquay. Bring ear-plugs during busy summer months as area is quite noisy but we were expecting this anyway. Room was very clean, comfy and had all amenities you would expect from a good BnB. Didn’t stay for breakfast in the mornings as timings were too late for us (8.30-9.30) and we needed to be at our surf lessons for 8 each morning. Overall a good place to stay.

really couldn't fault this B&B, from booking through to check out, the service was superb, the rooms really comfortable and clean, the breakfast was great and it's ideally situated for exploring newquay or the surrounding areas! and great value for money, everything we wanted and needed! we will be booking again next year!

nice place to stay
The owners (husband & Wife) were very obliging. A very pleasant couple. Our bedroom was clean and well equipped. The attached bathroom was also well equipped. There was no view, but we were very comfortable.

Great Location, Nice B&B
Exactly what we needed - a B&B very conveniently located for the beach, main shopping street and restaurants. The food was very good (particularly the coffee) and the lady running the B&B was friendly without being too in-your-face.

Fantastic place to stay
Room was great, had everything we needed. Very quiet even with a baby staying in the hotel we didn't hear a peep. Room was super clean as was the en suite which had a lovely power shower. Plenty of windows to keep the room cool. Breakfasts were lovely and we were spoiled for choice. Owners were very very friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend staying at Summer Breeze Guesthouse. 10 out of 10

Everything you will need
for a great stay in Newquay is here at Summer Breeze.....Location is perfect for beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. Once you have parked up outside, unless you go travelling, you won't need to use your car again till you leave! ....Andy and Karen are excellent hosts.....Breakfast service is so quick and efficient, Andy has perfected just the BEST full english. We will return !

Ideal location for beach lovers
Good value accomodation which is very close to the town centre and the main beaches. The proprietors were very friendly and they give you a great breakfast.

Clean rooms and lovely breakfast
The room was a bit small for two people, right at the top of the hotel. Although the location was right in the centre, it was a bit noisy as we were staying in a room by the road. However, breakfast was lovely and the service friendly.

Great 'homely' B&B
Very happy overall. Friendly owners, very clean and great location. For breakfast, cereals and full English but flexible with alternatives. 4 spaces for parking but street parking nearby. 5 minute walk to main high street. Only downside is there is a lot of people coming back late at night/early morning from the clubs/pubs

Ottimo B&B
Ottima sistemazione in un posto favoloso ed adatto a persone di ogni età I gestori del B&B sono persone capaci, disponibili e gentili. Il B&B è pulitissimo e la colazione proposta è favolosa! Un solo, unico appunto, la wi-fi al secondo piano prende poco, ma non è stato affatto un problema.

Great Location
We needed a B&B at a central location in Newquay for the weekend and Summer Breeze worked like a threat! Owners were very friendly, place was clean and quite nice! Breakfast was great! I really liked this place because it was close to everything and at the same time far from the agitation from the town. The only thing preventing me from given them an excellent is because of the bed... If they had a queen bed or even a queen duvet cover it would have made a massive difference for us. I had to get the single bed duvet to complement... My husband very tall so the bed and duvet were way to small for both of us. I would definitely stay there again though.

Great independent in the heart of Newquay
Forget staying at the travel lodge, where you will get a heartless reception and simply a room; at Summer Breeze you have a friendly, family run B&B that not only provide clean facilities, but also a fantastic breakfast. In the heart of Newquay, but just off the beaten track to be quieter than the centre, it is simply a 3 minute walk to get to the centre of town, or to get in the car and visit the surrounding area.

Most friendly BnB owners
1) BnB is at perfect location for all the amenities within reach 2) Excellent Breakfast 3) Best price in Newquay 4) Biggest Bathroom I have seen in any of BnBs 5) BnB hosts were very friends a) They advised us where to eat b) They advised in finalizing our itinerary c) All of their recommendations were 110% worth it d) Very much concern about any issues if we had ONLY Negative is that the Attic room is uncomfortable at places to stand due to low roof, other rooms were quite big enough and Wifi signal is low at that level.
