Our stay at Parkland Place was great from beginning to end. Maria greeted us cordially when we arrived and provided a brief orientation. We had a comfortable bedroom, bed, pillows and well appointed private bath. The breakfasts were top notch. Fresh fruits, juices, multiple choices on bread for toast, eggs, cold meats and cheese, cereals, coffee or tea to your preference. Both Maria and Guy were readily available for questions or ideas about what to do in the area. Quiet, clean and classy home. We can’t say enough about how positive our experience was. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent B&B. Maria and Guy welcoming warm and attentive hosts. Gorgeous property. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is above and beyond. It is a 3 to 4 km walk to the main restaurant area but it is along the beach front pathway and easy to do., We would definitely return.

I travelled with my teenage daughter. The B n B was safe, tidy, homely, close to the beach and the layout and amenities were awesome. The breakfast was healthy, fresh, good variety and the dining room was welcoming. Maria has exceptional customer service, she’s always on hand for everything you need. If you want a home from home with a caring hostess I can’t recommend Parkland place highly enough.

Maria was an absolute star of a host. She said she has been in business for 27 years and its obvious why - she has created a beautiful space, and served a wonderful breakfast. B&B done right!

The room was spacious with Beautiful European decor. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Dining room had lovely Christmas tree and decorations as the stay was 3 days after Christmas. The Dining table was set with beautiful dinnerware. A delicious Breakfast was included in the stay.

Maria was the most amazing host! She was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond. The bed and breakfast was beautiful and clean. The location is right on the beach. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

What can i say this place is an absolute retreat. Loved every minute at the bnb. From the minute we walked in the door to the second we left my partner and i were treated so well. I can highly recommend this accomodation. Breakfast was beautiful the service was amazing. And for the price overall WOW. We will only stay here from now on in whitianaga.

Great place to stay
Thank you Maria and Gai for your warm, friendly welcome and service! In addition, I enjoyed your amazing massage. This B and B isn’t a B and B. It offers a service and hospitality as great as a hotel! The room was cozy and I especially loved the breakfast by the fireplace.

This is the best motel/B&B I have ever stayed at. Maria is the most gracious and helpful host I've met. She goes out of her way to ensure all guests are comfortable, provides fantastic breakfast (and heaps of great coffee), and is always willing to help with activities, restaurants and the like. The rooms are like brand new, spacious, and kept immaculately. My partner and I found the facility to be very quiet, and there was ample common space to sit outside and have a drink or a bite to eat, and enjoy the very well kept garden. It's just a short drive into the centre of town, and a stone's throw from the waterfront too. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would most definitely stay again!

Outstanding luxurious accomodation
Helt igennem fantastisk luxuriøst ophold, alt var der, skønt rum med lille terrasse, enestående service, lækker morgenmad, vi følte, vi var meget velkomne. A fantastic luxurious experience, everything was there, wonderfull room with a small terrace, outstanding service, nice breakfast, we felt very welcome.

The best B&B and hospitality
マリアのおもてなしの心と気遣いが素晴らしかったです。朝食は自家製ジャムやチーズ、スクランブルエッグ、フルーツなど用意して頂きとても美味しかったです。部屋はきれいに整えられており、庭でも快適に過ごせました。道路から少し離れているので静かで鳥の鳴き声に癒され夜は星空がきれいでした。早起きしてビーチまで散歩したりと贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。日本のガイドブックにはWhitiangaの情報があまり載っておらずMariaに教えて頂き最高の景色を見ることができ最高に美味しいMusselも食べることができました。Thanks Maria!！

Our stay at Parkland Place was THE BEST!! Marie is a WONDERFUL hostess and went above and beyond to assist us. Everything was perfect and i wouldn't change anything --- we even extended our stay because we enjoyed staying there so much. Would highly recommend!

Great B&B, highly recommend!
We had a great stay here. Traveling as a couple, stayed 1 night. This is a beautiful B&B near Whitianga. Perfect location to get to Hot Water Beach (about 40 min drive from hotel) and Cathedral Cove (about 30 min drive away from hotel). Breakfast is included and Maria cooks eggs to order. Also a nice spread of meats, cheeses, breads, ham, butter, Nutella, Vegemite, Coffee, kiwi juice and orange juice. Room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check in was smooth and parking was easy. Would recommend this hotel!

Would have loved to stayed longer!
This B&B was wonderful. Maria goes out of her way to make you welcome, the room was very comfortable and there are extra little touches like bottles of water and chocolates in the room. Breakfast was great, I would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely come back. It was such a lovely location and perfect for taking advantage of the area.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were well situated and very large. Breakfast was amazing. Maria makes your eggs to order and there is so much else to choose from at the buffet breakfast. Lots of cheeses, Pate, smoked salmon, cereal.
