First of all, thank you, Mr. or Mrs “Anonymous”, for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We are always curious to read the opinions of our customers in order to improve us. But what a pity you did not tell us anything in live during your stay. We would have showed you how works our wifi with protection again spam if you had some problem with your cell phone. And we would have explained you that the swimming pool is always opened. What a pity that you didn’t see the lift next the reception that all our customers use for the swimming pool ! And we don’t understand that you didn’t ask for help when you didn’t understand how works the door for the swimming pool with a security for the kids. Why didn’t you come to the reception 10 meters next this stair to ask us how work the door ? Concerning our breakfast we do our best to do a delicious breakfast and we have a big flexibility to make the wishes of our customers reality if they want special eggs, if they have special wishes or allergy… We don’t understand what you didn’t like in our breakfast. It’s too bad because such critic can’t help us to improve our service. And for the restaurant you should have read the description on the expedia website which explains that there is no restaurant direct in the hotel. But you can find a lot of restaurants in the area like the Carre Noir restaurant or some other restaurant on the beach of Santa Giulia. And for the car you are right, we always advise our customer to have their own car. When they don't have we can rent a car or a scooter for them. We always find a solution to make the mobility of our guest better. One more time dear Mr./ Mrs. “Anonymous” we take care of your comment and thank you. Maybe the next time you could better prepare your stay and read the description of the website and especially you could communicate with the team to ask for some help. What a pity that M. Anonymous don’t like to speak in front of a person face to face… it would do your life better !

But WHAT A PITY you did not tell us anything in live during your 2 nights stay. Our receptionists are all multilingual and speak all English without any apprehension. They would have been delighted to help you and to reach your satisfaction which is our reason for being. We would have been able to explain how breakfast or how the system of our housekeeping -classic at any 4 stars hotel- works. As for breakfast, the juices are fresh and squeezed early in the morning and we are sorry you did not like their taste. As for the eggs, they are presented fresh on the buffet and you can cook them by yourself or ask the waitress to make you eggs on the plate. Hard boiled eggs are available in a refrigerated display. We would have told you all this if you had asked for it during your breakfast. We are sorry for not being able to show you that everything was available for your satisfaction. Our yoghurts presented under more than 5 different flavors are of quality and a brand renowned in France for their richness in bifidus. As for parking, we are sorry to see that you did not like the concept. The road to the beach is 800m long and leads to a private parking (not belonging to the Carré Noir), near the beach which costs 5 € the day, reasonable price compared to other parking prices which unfortunately are paying in Corsica. As for the food, we offer breakfast on our panoramic terrace but do not have a restaurant in the hotel, as stated on the expedia website. Our receptionist team always looks forward to advising the best restaurants with the eye of experience and to reserve a nice table, according to your tastes and desires. As for the bar, it is a pity, once again, that you did not speak to us because we would have presented you the card of our drinks and proposed our homemade cocktails. Our swimmingpool is opened from 9 to 23 o’clock ! We just have a security for the childrens on the outside door. And you have a lift at the reception to go to the swimming pool. Didn’t you see that there was a lot of people in our swimming pool ? Concerning the comfort of our armchairs on the terraces, this is the first time we hear a criticism but we thank you and will consider the remark when we buy a new terrace equipment. Having not communicated with the team at all during your stay, you came to check in early without notifying us in advance. Certainly, your stay was prepaid but in order to remain flexible on all your wishes during your stay, it remains always to pay at the end of the stay, the extras you have consumed such as the bar, the mini bar or the breakfasts. They are not included as well as the tourist taxes which are a tourist tax for the tourist office. We are sorry to see you unsatisfied and advise you for your next hotel stay to read the information on the website before booking to avoid disappointment and especially to contact the hotel staff. Hotel employees ARE ALWAYS DELIGHTED TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS, as this is the essence of their work and passion ... in any case, it is so at home in our Hotel Carré Noir.
