Hotel muy bien ubicdo, bonita playa, muchas activifñddes par hacer en el hotel. El hotel esta viejo, toallas casi rotas. Falta renovacion havitaciones. La comida bien pero el comedor es masificdo y ruidoso . Luces blancas parece un hospital y algunas separaciones para que no este tsn madificado. No abren la terraza con la vista que tienen. Bel endroit. Quelques points d amélioration ; service de restauration (buffet) un peu désorganisé et pas toujours très souriant, chambre simple mais jolie dans laquelle qq réparations auraient été nécessaires. Sinon les animations sont sympas, mais destinées exclusivement aux enfants (ou presque).

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni a luglio. La stanza era ben tenuta apparte un problema con il phone (segnalato e mai sistemato del tutto). Va segnalato inoltre che bisognerebbe essere un po’ più scrupolosi nelle pulizie giornaliere. La nostra stanza era vicina all’anfiteatro e fino alla 24 si sentiva molto rumore. I servizi proposti (gite in barca) ci sono piaciute e il personale è stato molto cordiale e professionale. Non abbiamo avuto modo di seguire l’animazione ma gli animatori ci sono sembrati non invadenti. Il ristorante è l’aspetto che meno ci ha convinto in quanto il cibo era tutto freddo e mai cucinato al momento, inoltre alcuni camerieri sono risultati poco cortesi. La spiaggia è ben tenuta con un buon numero di lettini a disposizione. La location nel complesso si trova in un buon punto se si vuole visitare (con la propria auto) le spiagge più belle che si trovano nei dintorni.

Bel hôtel avec plage de sable blanc ( accueil moyen de Luca à la plage ), belle piscine avec maître nageur très sympa et qui veille à ce que les chaises longues ne soient pas réservées inutilement toute la journée ( contrairement à la plage ) Restauration copieuse , variée et de bonne qualité , serveurs très sympas. Chambre correcte , belle SDB avec douche . Accueil agréable à la réception et au service relations clients avec Giulia très sympathique et efficace.

the hotel's location is probably the best selling point: the nearby beach is simply amazing! the large territory might be a challenge for those located not in the Colonna Beach but in the Colonna Village part of hotel. Some OFFICIAL information about such a division of facilities and all the implications for guests convenience should be provided as it is currently uneasily googleable. We were in the know, and thus booked with the beach-front part of the hotel. Even though our hotel room and the common rooms had a Sardinian design charm to them, the hotel's facilities terribly need renovation (especially as regards the bathroom). The sun beds policy on the beach is quite awkward, and one only learns there on-site that the first two rows are reserved for premium clients: if that's the policy, this can be made clear and unequivocal in advance, and officially so. What can be very positively assessed is the quality of meals (save perhaps a more 'standard' breakfast): an excellent dining experience! If I'm back here one day, this would only be because of the beach and the good food provided.

This is an exceptionally beautiful property with great expansive views, a lovely beach, and a great staff whom are helpful and friendly at all times. The breakfast is very ample. My only complaint is that there are next to no food options other than their large rather expensive buffet. If you don’t love buffet type food and don’t have a car, you are forced to choose the buffet for 1-2 of your daily meals and also will find yourself without food for many hours in the afternoon. Having said that, the inexpensive cost of the rooms kind of make up for it. Beautiful place.

Very beautiful property and locations. Beach and pools were awesome, some of the best I ve seen. For the price we paid it was a bargain I would have expected to pay more for a place like this. It included a full breakfast and it was great every morning. The views were also incredible and just a few minutes to Oblia for anything you need. We found great places to eat downtown. Cons. Not much but I would mention the resort is built on a hill (which makes the great views) but it is a steep walk back and forth to the beach. Our room was half way up so not too bad but if you have trouble walking this is going to be tough for you. Only other thing is the rooms are pretty small and older but they a very clean Overall we loved it, we are from the US and we fell in love with Italy

La struttura è vecchia, la spiaggia lontana e non vi è un bagno nei pressi se non al chiosco dello stabilimento affianco…disorganizzazione totale per i bar che non sono sempre aperti e riuscire a trovarne uno aperto alle 14.30 direi che è una cosa impossibile. Il servizio di navetta è buono ma il villaggio è grande e quindi i tempi di attesa sono lunghi. Si paga qualsiasi cosa anche per un cambio asciugamani 3€ Cadauno (non esistono formule all inclusive) Gli ombrelloni non coprono il reale fabbisogno dello hotel quindi spesso si scende in spiaggia e si rimane senza, inoltre per politiche della struttura non si possono occupare gli ombrelloni e poi andare a fare colazione perché i bagnini tolgono tutto e assegnano l’ombrellone ad altre persone. Il cibo è buono Non è assolutamente una struttura 4stelle e non è adatta a chi ha dei bambini piccoli…meglio blue serena

Not a great stay. We had no hot water for the first 24hrs, the phone in the room didn't work - so we had to run between reception and the room to flag the problem. The solution was to run the bidet for 2min before taking a shower. Noticed that the water was a pale yellow colour? Also, the toilet splashed back when you flushed it. We got woken up by housekeeping at 9:15 - thinking back it was a bit Fawlty Towers. None of the activities they sell themselves on were available (not all due to Covid). The beach/ loungers were empty - a plus you may think, but we weren't allowed to lay on the beds closest to the sea because we didn't have a super premium room. At over £500 for 3 nights, it definitely wasn't worth it.

We were definitely disappointed with many things about this resort. One was the completely close at the end of September/end of season and they end all shows and entertainment and kayaks a week before they even shut. This is not at all made clear by hotels.com and there is literally noting to do but sit at beach or by pool. The pool bar was also shut which is a big shame. The food was awful, like a cruise ship buffet. The eggs at breakfast were cold everyday and there was like no vegetarian options for dinner. They say they have a car/taxi but it can’t travel to the nearby resorts or beaches as it’s not suitable for the roads and a taxi for an 8 min drive was 40 euro one way. So you absolutely need a car. You can walk anywhere as it’s on the main road and it’s very dangerous. Would be a good idea to have boat taxis that can take you to the nearby beach restaurants and resorts. The app is a joke, you can book anything on it or load money on the prepaid cards they ask you to use. The beds are very hard. We booked for our anniversary and wife’s bday and not a word was said and no acknowledgment even though I mentioned it on booking. Lunch if you don’t have it as all inclusive is 25 pp for buffet or you can eat at the beach bar but it’s only caprese, and a couple sandwiches. The beach is gorgeous, the views are gorgeous but we wouldn’t go back.

Nice clean hotel
Was a lovely clean hotel but I wouldn’t say four star as it claims but nice none the less. Staff not so friendly didn’t have the go the extra mile factor. Little bit out of the way from anywhere too so we spent quite bit on tacos getting out and about. The beach was beautiful and my favourite part of the resort

Goede voorzieningen, vlak bij het strand
We hebben ervan genoten, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heerlijk eten, persoonlijke benadering. In eerste instantie hadden we een kamer vlakbij de theater, met geluidsoverlast, waarbij ook de airco het niet goed deed. Op verzoek hebben we een andere, rustigere kamer gekregen. We waren zeer aangenaam verrast toen het management een superior kamer ons heeft aangeboden, zonder bijbetaling, nadat mijn man met gezondheidsproblemen bij de eerste hulp was beland. Onze dank hiervoor.

Purtroppo per il prezzo pagato l’hotel è veramente scadente. Cibo veramente scarso. Per 8 giorni come secondo c’era solo maialino. Frutta (solo mele arance e pesche) NON LAVATA. Io essendo incinta dovevo chiedere ogni volta di poterla lavare perchè era sporchissima. Gli altri non so,la mangiavano sporca?!?! Ristorante senza aria condizionata, si moriva dal caldo. Invasione di zanzare e api. Api sul cibo ovunque. Animazione scarsa ma tutti molto cordiali e gentili! Abbiamo chiesto un check out posticipato a pagamento 6 giorni prima della partenza. Se non chiamavo io l’ultimo giorno alle 22:00 di sera nessuno si è degnato di avvisare che non era possibile. Nonostante le mie 2 segnalazioni il frigo in camera nn funzionava. Nessun tecnico è mai venuto. Per 8 giorni senza un poco di acqua fresca in camera.

Our first family vacation.
Our family stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Our check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and fresh towels were provided daily. Our room was in village #1 which is at the very top. We had no issues with noise from the outdoor theatre. The hotel grounds are spectacular and a golf cart circles the resort if you want to choose to have a ride or walk to different partas of the resort. The meals were delicious with decent variety. The beach is excellent. We had no issues finding sunbeds. The staff dont all speak English but were helpful.

It is a great place for a beach holiday with activities and excursions. Food is excellent even a buffet style. Absolutely need a car as no transportation is available. Even infrequent shuttle to Olbia or Golfo Oranci would be greatly appreciated

Tiene bueno el tener piscinas y playa en las mismas instalaciones, habitaciones amplias pero sin WIFI (Solo hay WIFI en áreas comunes) , la comida bastante buena ofrecen buffet en el desayuno y comida de muy calidad. Las habitaciones y baños de las habitaciones necesitan remodelación y actualización a tiempos modernos.
