Hervorragende Unterkunft und Küche in Oliena
Das Hotel Monte Maccione haben wir schon zwei Mal aufgesucht aufgrund der Lage, der Freundlichkeit des Personals, des leckeren Essens und, Last but not least, weil sie Hunde akzeptieren. Das (sardische) Abendessen ist hervorragend, weil sie frische Regionalprodukte einsetzen und weil sie richtig lecker kochen können. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr gerne.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place!! We got upgraded to a larger room because it was low season and it did not disappoint! The views of the mountain range were epic, the wine was affordable and the meals were all local produce with quality service. The hiking in the area is absolutely epic, just make sure you have a vehicle that can do some inclines and winding roads safely and you can take advantage of the whole scene. We would definitely stay again! :)

Nice hotel in beautiful area.
Beautiful views, nice terrases, very good food in a nice garden. We very much enjoyed our stay in the hotel. They organise a good wine-trekking! Nice people.

Relaxing Retreat
This place was certainly worth the drive up the mountain. It was so relaxed and welcoming. The room was basic but comfortable. As there are only a certain number of rooms there were not too many people about which meant there was plenty of space for everyone. The veranda was a fabulous place to relax, have a drink and watch the sun set on the opposite mountain and over the valley. The Dinner menu was varied from pizza to local fayre, everything with local produce, delicious. Great, attentive and friendly staff. Felt like we were on holiday.

Eine Oase mitten in den Bergen von Oliena
s war ein wunderschöner zweitägiger Aufenthalt mit meinen beiden Labradordamen. Es passte einfach alles. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war einwandfrei, und es war alles sehr sauber. Meine beiden Labradormädels durften sogar mit dabei sein, als ich auf der schönen Terrasse frühstückte oder zu mittag aß. Die Fahrt bis dahin führte über eine steile Serpentinenstrasse, und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten waren sehr vielfältig. Die Küche ist wunderbar, und daß einmal die Spaghetti alla Bottarga nicht al dente waren, konnten man einfach vernachlässigen. Ich möchte wieder kommen.

Almost no reason to explore further afield
A simple but lovely hotel with everything you might need for your stay. Other luxuries would simply distract from the amazing setting. Extraordinary views from the terrace and surrounded by mountain woodlands. A true oasis of tranquility! We ate in the hotel restaurant and were hugely impressed by the quality, all produce is locally sourced and it really shows! The drive up the access road is quite something but really just adds one more reason to stay in and around this incredible place.

Hotel un po' difficile da raggiungere in cima a una strada tortuosa. La camera era bella e pulita. Ristorante ok. Si può migliorare l'accoglienza del personale che non trovava la mia prenotazione..

Meraviglia della natura.
Ex colonia adibita ad hotel fa perdere un po' di comfort. Personale gentile, area fantastica per passeggiate e trekking. Peccato che in un posto così bello la sala ristorante sia senza finestre e quindi senza vista. Cibo buono e abbondante. Non ho provato la microspa quindi non la posso giudicare.

Ultima camera disponibile in fase di prenotazione, arrivati all'hotel l'accoglienza è stata perfetta. La camera molto piccola, ma siamo comunque riusciti ad arrangiarci per la notte. Il prezzo un po eccessivo in rapporto a ciò che offriva la camera. Colazione divina con addirittura le marmellate prodotte in casa!!! punto a favore della camera è stata l'enorme veranda che affaccia su un paesaggio mozzafiato! La posizione non è proprio delle migliori ma in 10 minuti di auto si raggiunge quasi il centro di Oliena.

Quiet refuge in the high peaks of Sardinia
Enis Monte Maccione is ideally situated if you want to hike the various trails of the Supramonte of Oliena. The hotel feels a little austere, like a spiritual retreat, but clean and well run, with an amazing room front terrace if you reserve any room in the 300's. The views are unbelievable and humbling, even.. The people who work at the hotel, for the most part, seem to have a deep appreciation and respect for this natural environment. The whole place seems to be run as a cooperative, so it all depends who is on duty at the time.

Hotel parfait pour les randonneurs
Juin 2016 - Séjour d'une nuit - point de départ idéal pour une randonnée dans le supramonte. Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l'hôtel, perché dans la montagne, son calme et sa vue extraordinaire sur les reliefs alentours. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil. Il est possible de demander des sandwichs pour les jours de randonnées.

Meget flot udsigt fra Hotellet som ligger helt for sig selv ca. 800 meter oppe på et bjerg med en fantastisk udsigt. Dog er selve vejen derop og ned absolut ikke egnede for motorcyklister som mig der ellers har prøvet lidt af hvert. Udsædvanlig hullet og gruset vej med mange stejle hårnålesving - stedet kan IKKE anbefales for MC.

After many hairpins turns to get up the mountain to the hotel you are not inclined leave until you check out. Luckily they have a lovely reasonably priced restaurant on site. Half of the hotel has views of the valley. The half we we stayed in had a no view. The mountain was 3 feet from the window. A small fridge in the room would have nice. The hotel is very convenient for hiking planning to hike the mountain. Bring lots of water. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in every way we asked.

Emplacement exceptionnel
L'environnement montagneux est superbe. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable. Les chambres avec terrasse sont confortables. Par contre il y a un manque d'insonorisation. Concernant la restauration il ne faut pas manquer cela. Les plats sont diversifiés et ils utilisent les produits frais de la région. Si l'occasion se présente nous y retournerons sans aucun problème et avec enthousiasme.

Vista spettacolare
Siamo rimasti due notti, la vista dalla camera era ECCEZIONALE, vale la pena andarci solo per quello. Li vicino ci sono diverse passeggiate da fare, ed è a 3km da Oliena. Per arrivarci però c'è una strada tutta a tornanti in salita....se siete in macchina/moto no problem ma se siete in bici.....AUGURI, come ultimo pezzo devastante! ;-) Siamo rimasti anche una sera a cena ed è stato tutto molto buono. Lo staff gentile ma nulla di speciale. La camera era pulita.

また訪れます。
レンタカーでサルディニアを旅していましたが、オリエナ近辺で一番評価がよかった のでここに決めました。 テラスから眺める景色には感激です！ 併設レストランもリーゾナブルなコース料理がありよいですね。 レストラン目当てに近隣の住民も来てました。 再訪決定です！

Muy remoto. Sólo si quieres perderte del mundo.
El hotel, una cooperativa de amigos senderistas, está en medio de un macizo boscoso en la falda del monte Corriasi. Se llega a él por una pista asfaltada con pendientes del 20% que te hace ir en primera marcha prácticamente durante 4 km. Si no eres un poco hábil, puedes quemar el embrague. Puede ser ideal para encerrarte unos días, no para tomarlo como base para conocer la isla. Los senderos en la zona no están señalizados, por lo que prácticamente te obligas a contratar sus servivios de guía. Los servicios del hotel y el restaurante son correctos.
