Allez-y sans soucis
Très satisfait de l'accueil par la direction, accueil convivial. Chambre très propre et confortable. Agreable surprise de decouvrir une mini cuisine avec frigo dans un meuble. Litterie de qualite. Oreillers un peu trop ferme à notre goût. Petit déjeuners continental servi à table avec une grande gentillesse des serveurs. Hôtel tees calme avec une agreable piscine. Le personnel fait de beaux efforts afin de vous comprendre malgré la barrière de la langue. Une solution est toujours trouvée. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre court séjour dans cet hôtel de charme

Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience, for many reasons. We got a ground floor room for one night. During the check in the owners were not very polite. Secondly, there was no warm water in the bathroom. Thirdly, when we entered the room by ourselves there were dead mosquitoes in the bathroom. Fourthly we were invaded by ants everywhere after 2 hours. We reported it to the owner and he did not apologize. He just offered another room on the first floor, like he knew this was going to happen already. In fact other rooms at the ground floor had the same problems. At the check out they did not even mention the problems neither apologized. To have a nice and clean room and a kind service is a must for any hotel, regardless the stars. Definitely not recommend.

Le cadre est superbe, le style hacienda ocre rose est très beau, la piscine est géniale . Ma chambre était grande le lit confortable, la salle de bain était grande et trés bien équipée. Une portefenêtre donnait sur un petit jardin. Le calme régnait. L'hotel est a 2 minutes à pied des commerces, bars, restaurants et de la place principale. Il se trouve proche de plages splendides (il faut une voiture pour s'y rendre). L'accés à Olbia (aéroport) est aisé. Le décor dans les collines est vraiment a couper le souffle. Le seul point noir a été le fait que le buffet du petit déjeuner n'existait plus (Covid oblige) et que l'organisation du service s'en trouvait chamboulé. Le personnel ne maitrisait pas le français ni l'anglais et il n'y avait pas de carte pour savoir quoi commander (boissons chaudes ou froides, fruits, oeufs, jambon, fromage céréales, viennoiseries etc....).

Too expensive but lovely owners
Owners are absolutely LOVELY! But the price of the night was waaaay too high (190e/night). Room was old and stale (bathroom was ok). Airconditioner was ok. Breakfast was a small plate / couple slices of cheese and ham, bread, one glass of juice and a coffee (pretty ok if you dont eat much or need any proteins at the morning..:) Pool area was very comfy and views amazing! If the price had been half of that what we paid we would have been satisfied. Although it seems to be quite expensive to stay anywhere in Sardinia..

Such a beautiful hotel with a lovely courtyard and pool. We were the only guests and our room had a stunning view of the mountains as requested. Great breakfast with home made cakes and plenty of cold meat, cheese and bread. Very helpful staff, although limited English spoken.

Schöne Unterkunft mit unfreundlicher Leitung
Schöne Unterkunft in einem gemütlichen Bergdorf. Ein schönes Hotel mit Pool. Frühstück italienisch einfach. Zimmer war zweckmässig. Leider wurden die Toiletten nach dem Vorbewohner nicht sauber gereinigt. Personal freundlich. Die Dame an der Rezeption - wohl Geschäftsleitung.- sehr unfreundlich. Kein Versuch sich auf Englisch zu verständigen. Permanent schlecht gelaunt. Erst die Buchung beim Einchecken nicht gefunden und im Anschluß versucht den Aufenthalt das 2te Mal zu berechnen. Losgelöst von den 2 Kritikpunkten auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Das Hotel und die Umgebung hat einen besonderen Charme ....

Magnífica piscina y bonito entorno del hitel. Habitación amplia y baño bonito y enorme. Él mobiliario es muy sencillo y básico. La nevera funcionaba mal y la tv era muy antigua, lo cual me decepcionó bastante dado el precio del hotel.

The best hotel from which to explore Costa Esmeralda, and by far the most charming non-touristy town in the region. Great breakfast and exceptional service. Would have loved to stay many more nights.

Good hotel and location, would recommend.
We stayed last couple of weeks in June at Hotel San Pantaleo. We arrived to a warm greeting, but they had a little trouble finding our reservation. Room had everything needed, had a really good shower and was kept clean throughout our stay. We had Aircon issues one night, and was fixed the same day as reporting. Breakfast was plentiful but basic. Some people did manage to get eggs once, but that is not the norm. More usual for self selected cereal, yoghurt, cake, fruit, ham/cheese and delicious croissants. We didn't get to try their restaurant however. Pool was a good size and area planted out and in full colour whilst we were there. There is a view to the mountains beyond. Night time the pool area looks really good. Location-wise perfect for us. Enough restaurants, drinks and a few pricey shops. In June, no problem with seating. The town had an (expensive) market on each Thursday morning and whilst we were there they celebrated start of summer (already 35+ degrees though!) with in square live band, BBQ and Ichnusa (beer) stand. To me was a better place to base ourselves for accessing local beaches c.20 mins away, Palau for ferry, Port Cervo and other places in the Costa Smerelda region. Hotel had everything we wanted and even lent us an umbrella for the beach. Check out could have been smoother in terms of admin side and having things prepared in advance. Would recommend and would be an option to stay again at some point.

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage. Viel Parkplatzmöglichkeiten.Klimaanlage hatte bei mir nicht funktioniert es waren aber Handwerker vor Ort die versucht haben die Anlage zu reparieren.

Das Hotel war super und für uns perfekt gelegen. Das Personal war auch hervoragend, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es könnte mal renoviert werden. Trotzdem war es aber sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Terasse war groß und hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Auch der hoteleigene Parkplatz war groß und für uns sehr praktisch. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Dieses Hotel war im wunderschönen Künstlerdorf san pantaleo. Wir haben uns gefreut dass wir in San pantaleo geblieben sind und nicht in Olbia. Authentisches sardisches Hotel, welches eine erfrischende Abwechslung zu den Franchise Hotelklötzen war.

Good hotel,friendly staff and good location
Good hotel in a great little town with lots of character. With a car, only 15 minutes or so to the nearest beaches. The hotel,was spotless and had a great small pool which was never busy. The staff were always friendly and polite.

Everything was perfect...except breakfast.
We had a fabulous four-night stay here. The service was extremely professional and very friendly (staff did not speak fluent English, but that's not a problem as such). The room was pleasant, spacious and well-kept. The highlight by far, though, was the pool courtyard area, which was so beautiful and peaceful that it was hard to tear ourselves away to explore the rest of the island. Overall, the hotel had the feel of a small, romantic guest house rather than a tourist resort destination. We loved it. The only let-down was the breakfast, which was a very basic and mediocre continental self-service buffet. We ate at the hotel's restaurant one evening and the food was excellent - we couldn't understand why the breakfast didn't meet a similar standard.

Views to gaze at all day.
The Hotel San Pantaleo is an excellent base for touring this area. The facilities are good, and we especially enjoyed the pool area, with its lovely garden setting. Just right for cooling off and relaxing with a book after a day out. And the views from our mountain view room were breathtaking.

Das Hotel selbst liegt mitten in der Kleinstadt/Dorf an der Durchgangstrasse. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick über eine Seitenstrasse hinaus auf den Hotelparkplatz. Nachts war es sehr laut. Hundegebell die ganze Nacht und und hinter dem Parkplatz war eine Nachtbar, zum Glück ohne Musik (Stimmen). Besser ist es die Zimmer zum wunderschönen Innenhof zu nehmen. Tagsüber Poolbetrieb! Zimmer war hervorragend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet typisch mäßig italienisch. Obstkorb meist vergammelt. Eigentümerehepaar oberflächlich freundlich, aber........... Er spricht ungern deutsch, sie nur italienisch. Isst man nicht im hoteleigenen Restaurant gibt es Punktabzug in der Freundlichkeit.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Bon accueil, personnel serviable et souriant. Pour la chambre : propre, salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner : très peu de choix et pas de produits frais. Proche de nombreux restaurants et du centre du village.

Would return again!
Very nice small hotel in the centre of a great town. Hotel was very clean and great pool. Easy/free parking and 2min walk to town centre with plenty of local restaraunts and bars. Not very touristy. Easy to drive to the beaches as well as airport

Estamos en una habitación de 3 personas, con 3 camas individulaes muy pequeñas e incomodas. En 4 noches no nos cambiaron las toallas ni un dia, y ya estaban tiesas y duras al no usar secadora. La piscina muy bonita, pero nadie se bañaba, estava el agua a 14 grados a mitad de agosto, congelada. Pocas hamacas.

Excellent value and location
This is a very nice hotel. We were here for a wedding and my cousin was in the hotel across the street. Our hotel was without doubt better. The rooms are much larger, bathroom quite large with counter space which is rare in these parts and the swimming pool layout quite lovely. I had no intention of using the po but in the end did spend a few hours resting there. The breakfast was sufficient as I like the croissant and cake options. The owners are very kind. You can't go wrong here. And a short walk to the main piazza. Did I mention great parking?!

Rustic hotel with mountain views
Peaceful hotel in lovely setting. Surprisingly quiet given how busy the village gets at certain times. Staff very pleasant. Lovely pool in courtyard setting.

Super 3star hotel
For us perfect location in an old cute interesting little village with markets etc but still quiet rooms. San pantaleo village offers restaurants shops etc The Hotel is clean, nice stuff, the pool is very nice, offers sun and shadow areas It's close to beaches but you need a car.

Accueil charmant, Hotel calme, propre, proche du centre du village (2 minutes à pied). Petit déjeuner buffet trés correct (pain, charcuterie, fromage, céréales, gateaux,fruit frais (melon ou pasteque), beurre confiture). Chambre claire , spacieuse et propre. Piscine petite mais vraiment bien agréable et hors de la vue de l'extérieur. Arret autobus devant l'hotel.Restaurant dans l'hotel : la viande est fraiche, les frites faites maison et les portions sont belles. L'hotel possède un parking à coté (non fermé).

Tolle Lage und wunderschönes Hotel!
Das Hotel ist super, alles sauber und schön dekoriert in sardische Stil . Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. nur das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Jeden Tag gab es immer dasselbe und gab nicht so grosser Auswahl. Tolle Lage! Die beste Strände sind 10 min bis 15 min entfernt zb. Rena Bianca. San Pantaleo ist super schön und gemütliches Dorf!
