Nice place to stay close to Baia Sardinia
Very nice hotel with lovely pool next to the Aquadream Park. Rooms are nice and clean, but our room had minor defects that could have been repaired. Breakfast buffet is nice, but the choice of food a bit limited. Staff very friendly and nice

Tout est parfait, le cadre, le calme, les jardins, la piscine au top, le petit déjeuner sur une superbe terrasse, la chambre avec climatisation ... Le seul petit défaut est le wifi qui n'est accessible que dans les parties communes du a l'étendue du resort.

Sehr schöne angelegte Hotelanlage. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist nicht hochmodern aber erfüllt seinen Zweck sehr gut. Der Poolbereich ist zwar eher klein aber dafür sehr schön und gut zum entspannen. Ein Wasserpark ist direkt auf dem Nachbargrundstück, ideal für Kinder, kann aber wahrscheinlich schon etwas lauter werden (bei uns war er wegen Covid-19 geschlossen und gar kein Thema). Das Personal war extrem freundlich und geht auf individuelle Wünsche sofort ein. Das Frühstück gab es bei uns auf Bestellung direkt von der Frühstücksdame, die alles selber backt und zubereitet. Dementsprechend war es auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb des Ortes, aber dennoch sind Strand und Promenade fußläufig (ca. 10min) erreichbar.

Very nice Hotel
The staff were always on hand to help and the service was excellent. We was a family of 3 with a toddler and this hotel was perfect for us. I think the hotel was quieter than usual due to Covid 19 but all the precautions were taken to prevent any spreading. Overall our stay was very pleasant and couldn't fault anything.

Personnel tres accueillant. Petit déjeuner buffet délicieux. La chambre etait tres spacieuse et propre. L'hôtel est tres joli. La piscine est un peu trop petite et a l'ombre.

Non ci hanno fatto usufruire della piscina avendo solo la prenotazione per una notte. Inoltre la tenda del mini appartamento era piena di buchi, non di certo al livello di un resort.

Ok fint hotel, dog af lidt ældre dato, men dog rent og pænt. Der er plads til at parkere din bil hvis du er kørende dertil, man kom oven i købet parkere tæt på sit værelse, hvis der er behov for dette. Personalet tog restriktioner vedr. COVID-19 meget seriøst, f.eks. var der ingen morgen buffet men kun bordservering, hvilket faktisk var ganske betryggende.

Hotel confortable, habitación limpia y coqueta, baño grande. El desayuno es muy muy bueno y no falta detalle, de la mano de Quety, que nos trató de maravilla, y nos deleitó con sus deliciosos bizcochos caseros (además es hasta las 10:30 que con niños se agradece) Rodeados de plantas y bambú era súper chulo Al principio parece que estás a desmano, pero luego tienes cerca restaurantes, supermercado, cafetería.. Hay playas a 5 minutos, pero las mejores están a 15 min en coche, El recepcionista muy amable, No tuvimos en cuenta que el parque acuático cerraba el 8 septiembre, En general nos gustó mucho, y Le damos un merecido 10!!

Un bon hôtel idéalement situé
Bonne localisation : centre aquatique à côté, un excellent restaurant aussi Une piscine et un délicieux petit déjeuner. A noter que le restaurant de l’hôtel pour le déjeuner et dîner est bien plus que cher que les restaurants des alentours

Très bien, surtout pour partir en couple
Hôtel très agréable; les chambres sont élégantes et dotées d'un petit patio ombragé; la piscine est petite mais très agréable. Le service est très bien; mention spéciale à Dario pour ses conseils francophones et surtout à Ketty la "chef" en cuisine, très gentille et disposée à aider. Pas forcément idéal pour des séjours en famille avec de jeunes enfants d'abord parce que le lit superposé ajouté dans la chambre n'est pas très confortable, mais surtout parce le restaurant propose un menu du jour, assez élaboré et chic, différent chaque jour, mais qui ne convient pas forcément aux petits. Les plages ne sont pas très loin, mais il faut quand même prendre la voiture (ou marcher assez longtemps); même si Baia Sardinia ne fait pas partie de la Costa Esmeralda au sens strict, c'est un peu le même décor - balnéaire, chic et cher (par rapport au reste de la Sardaigne) et un peu artificiel. Mais évidemment les plages sont magnifiques.

Riktigt bra hotellpersonal som var väldigt hjälpsamma med allt från att hitta en bra restaurang, till att hitta närmsta stranden (5 min promenad) till att översätta vår p-bot vi fick. Vi blev uppgraderade då vi hade en längre vistelse och dom hade ett finare rum med balkong som vi fick istället. Brevid så låg ett vattenland där vi fick komma och gå som vi ville under vår vistelse. Bara 15-20 minuter promenad bort så kommer man till Baja Sardinia där det finns ett flertal restauranger, biluthyrning, strand och små shoppar. Lite längre bort har ni även en beach club som var riktigt kul! Skulle definitivt rekommendera och skulle absolut åka tillbaka!!

Me gusto la zona y me disgusto la habitación con olor fuerte, y el servicio de Aquadream incluido no fue real nos hacían pagar y hacer cola, después de 30min esperando desistimos...

Buenos días. Gracias por elegir el Hotel La Jacia. Lamentamos que no nos haya contado sobre el problema en la habitación, lo habríamos solucionado rápidamente con un cambio. Para el parque acuático, no aceptamos ningún pago: hay un acuerdo y tenemos una entrada privilegiada al parque para nuestros huéspedes, pero en algunos días solo se abrió la entrada principal, GRATIS (mínimo tres noches en el hotel) o con descuento para huéspedes del hotel. Deçu de l’hotel , A EVITER!!! il respecte pas les conditions pour que ça soit un hotel . La musique a fond toute la journée du club a cote et le soir de la boite à coté. Aucun accueil, aucun service . Petit dejeuner nul .

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff.
Very nice and cosy hotel located in walking distance from Baia Sardinia. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpfull. Further it is situated next to the Aquapark, and if you stay 3 nights at the hotel you have free access. Breakfast is quite nice with cereals, fruit etc.

Mycket mysigt hotell med fina rum. Mindre poolområde men i anslutning till hotellet så ligger ett äventyrsbad. Detta kan uppfattas som störande då det på eftermiddagarna spelas lite högre musik. Tyvärr inget Wi-Fi på rummen utan bara i lobbyn och vid poolområdet. Fin restaurang och bar där även bra frukost serveras. Gott om parkering.

Place with charms:)
This hotel was like a little treasure near the mountain side and sea! It’s easy to park and at first glance the hotel already gives you a feeling of cozy and warm atmosphere. Staff was very helpful, service minded , and attending. The hotel has a garden with swimming pool but no direct beach access, but the beach is only a short walk. The hotel is located close to rituals and phi beach which is worth seeing. i recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and a good breakfast.

Giusto compromesso qualità prezzo in costa smerald
Albergo molto grazioso con casette indipendenti in posizione strategica per visitare la costa smeralda. La spiaggia è a 10 minuti a piedi ma non ne vale la pena. Accanto è presente un acquapark in cui si puo entrare gratuitamente tutti i giorni per i clienti. Visti i prezzi della costa smeralda questo hotel offre un ottimo compromesso qualità prezzo, ci ritornerei. Una nota negativa l' assenza del wi fi in camera e nelle zone comuni è davvero lento (2mb) quindi inutilizzabile. Consiglio di non prendere la camera standard perche poco luminosa. Pulizia impeccabile con cambio biancheria e asciugamani quotidiano.

Mysigt hotellområde med mycket grönt. Trevligt m vattenland som granne, och vi tyckte även musiken därifrån var trevlig. Ok frukost med färsk frukt. Bra område att utgå från och ok promenadavstånd in till Baja Sardinia. Hårda sängar.

We ate at the hotel on the first evening but wished we had ventured a little further afield ... in particular the pizza restaurant at the end of the road.

Buona posizione. Ingresso diretto al parco acquatico. Struttura carina e ben curata. Buona la colazione tranne il distributore di bevande calde da cambiare. Personale gentile. La camera quadrupla prevedeva un divano letto a castello, decisamente piccolo e inadeguato.
