별로예요: 청결 상태, 직원 및 서비스, 편의 시설/서비스, 숙박 시설 상태 및 시설
새벽 3시에 체크인했는데, 바우처와 어플까지 다 보여줬음에도 예약내역을 찾지못하더군요. 거기까지는 좋은데 익스피디아에 직접 전화해서 확인하라는 호텔리어 말에 기가 차더이다.. 그리고 새벽이라 그런지.. 한국인 직원도 없고.. 그렇다고 호텔리어가 영어를 잘하는것도 아니고.. 의사소통에 매우 불편했으며, 공기청정기도 없다.. 가습기도 없다.. 한국에는 비즈니스호텔에도 다 있는게.. MGM코타이에는 없었으며, 룸도 준비되어있지 않아서 .. 룸컨디션도 엉망이었어요. 사전에 이메일로 몇시쯤에 체크인할껀지 묻길래 답변까지 다 했었는데 .. 그런 이메일을 왜보냈는지 조차 의문이더군요.. 설기간이라 1박에 37만원정도에 지냈는데.. 돈아까워서 죽는줄 알았어요.. 윈팰리스와 OCD가 가깝다는건 다 아시는 내용일테고.. 5성급 기대하고 오신다면 다시한번 생각해보시길 권해드립니다..

중국어, 광동어 못하시면 가지마세요.
새벽 체크인이었는데, 바우처와 어플로 통해 예약사항을 보여줬음에도.. 예약내역을 확인하기 어렵다며, 해당 사이트에 문의하라는 무책임함.. (현지시간 새벽3시..) 겨우 겨우 30분이상 걸려서 체크인을 하긴 했는데.. 룸이 준비되어있지않았는지.. 룸컨디션도 별로였고.. 후기에 다 보였던 과일따위도 없었어요~ 그리고 룸도 너무 춥고요.. 호텔수영장도 공사중이라 이용하지못했고.. 1층에 있는 레스토랑도 참.. 말하기 싫네요. 한국인 직원이 있다고는 하는데 저는 한번도 보지못했고.. 대부분의 직원들이 다 영어를 잘하는건 아니니 꼭 참고하시고요... 홍콩에 비해 룸이 넓긴 넓은데.. 글쎄요 정말 5성급이라고 할수 있을까요? 부대시설도.. 안되면 안된다고 고지해놨어야하는데.. 수영장 있다고만 써놓고, 아예 이용도 안되고.. 넓기만 넓고.. 실속도 없고 비싸기만하더이다 저는 다신 안가고 싶네요.

한적하고 고급스러운 호텔 스태이를 원한다면
새 호텔이라 미비한 점이 있을까 걱정했지만 기우였어요. 로비, 객실 등 인테리어와 분위기는 매우 좋습니다. 마카오의 다른 호텔에 비해 혼잡하지 않구요. Fitness 시설이 훌륭해요. 그러나 직원들의 친절도나 섬세한 서비스는 갤럭시 등에 비해 부족합니다.

새로 지어 깨끗하고 방 내부 시설도 좋았어요. 단지 지리적으로 윈펠리스나 COD 등은 가까웠지만 코타이 street 와 떨어져 있어 다른곳을 도보로 이동하기에는 무리가 있었어요.

좋아요: 청결 상태, 숙박 시설 상태 및 시설, 객실의 편안함
전반적으로 좋았어요. 아쉬운점은 청소가 늦고, 시트가 그닥 깨끗하지 않았어요(중간중간 점이 찍혀있더라고요 ㅠㅠ) 식사는 호텔에서 하지 않아 평가하기 어렵고요. 컨시어지가 지하1층과 1층에 있는데 첨에 셔틀 내려서 헷갈리더라고요. 셔틀은 많았는데 단지 행선지가 한정적이라 좀 아쉬웠어요

깨끗하고 친절한 호텔이라 만족해요~~
2018년 오픈한 호텔이라 청결하고 관리가 잘 되고 있었습니다. 영어가 서튼 직원들이 있었지만 다들 친철하고 지하에 서틀버스가 잘되어 있어 좋았어요~~

친구들과 숙박했어요~
늦은시간에 체크인인데 굉장히 친절하게 맞이 해주셨어요. 짐도 룸으로 올려다 주셨고요. 길건너 COD있고 조금 걸어가면 윈팰리스 있어서 위치도 좋아요. 1박만 하기 아쉬웠어요~
