좋은 위치, 좋은 시설, 친절한 직원, 모두 만족
레지던스에 4박을 숙박했습니다. 방청소는 처음 안내와 같이 1회가 진행되었으며, 지내는 동안 어떠한 불편함도 없었습니다. 일단 호텔보다 넓으며,(침실, 거실, 주방으로 구성) 주방도 사용할 수 있으며 냉장고도 작지 않고 인덕션도 있어서 조리도 가능했습니다. 같은 건물에 까르푸 슈퍼도 있고 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 또한, 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 조식은 이용하지 않아서 의견없습니다. 종합적으로 매우 만족스러운 시간을 보내고 왔으며 강력히 추천합니다.

매우 만족
방은 아늑하고 고급스럽고 깔끔했고, 난방도 따뜻했어요. 특히 호텔 위치가 아주 좋아서, 바닷가에 2-3분이면 걸어갈 수 있었고, 호텔 바로 옆에 실내 시장과 또 야외 장터가 아침에 열려서 맛있는 프랑스 음식들을 마음껏 맛볼 수 있었습니다. 아침에 les Halls에서 사먹은 굴 맛은 정말 최고였어요.

너무 예쁘고 마음에 드는 호텔
4스타 호텔답게 어느것 하나 빠지지 않는 곳입니다. 프론트 직원분 손님의 말을 진심으로 경청하고 답변해주는 데서 친절함과 진실성을 느꼈습니다. 바닷가까지는 5분도 채 걸리지 않고 주위에 광장과 시장 상점들이 가까이 있으며 호텔과 객실 내부도 깨끗하고 예뻤으며, 객실에 넓은 테라스가 있어 좋았습니다.

Toujours très bon accueil, bien situé et séjour au top. Seul petit bémol les sommiers et matelas qui ne sont pas solidaires et qui s’écartent pendant la nuit… cela provoque un creux et ce n’est pas très agréable.

Un apartamento con absolutamente todo lo necesario. Muy limpio y cómodo. Cama grandísima. Bañera y ducha en una estancia y WC, en otra. Plaza privada en el parking Indigo, que está debajo del Aparthotel. Amabilísimos y nos atendieron en español, con informaciones e indicaciones muy precisas, para visitas, compras, restaurantes y todo lo que necesitamos. Nuestra perrita, también estuvo encantada.

Une très belle découverte pour cet hôtel appartement. Même s’il été tard, nous avons été très bien accueilli après une longue journée de transport. Nous avons eu une belle surprise d’être surclassé ce qui n’est pas négligeable avec deux adolescents ou chacun a pu avoir sa chambre. Très belle expérience en chambre vue sur la place principale, le marché, l’architecture d’Arcachon, avec petite vue bassin. L’appartement hôtel contient tous les services hôteliers ! Serviettes, produits d’hygiène et petites saveurs avec café et thé appréciables. La cuisine est un atout non négligeable pour garder une certaine autonomie. La résidence est située en plein coeur de ville et les recommandations des hôtes ont été les bienvenues. Un parking payant est disponible à proximité ou des places gratuites avec quelques minutes de marche sont très accessibles. Notre regret, avoir passé uniquement deux jours dans ce bel endroit où nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter du SPA gratuit pour les hôtes. Nous reviendrons très prochainement pour une expérience plus longue. Merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil et aux agents pour le soin apporté aux appartements.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix/situation
Etablissement très bien situé, excellent et chaleureux accueil (merci Sébastien). Nous occupions la chambre 308 qui donnait sur le patio, très calme et confortable. Très bon séjour et la literie était très bonne.

fun time in a fun town
We had a great time. The room turned out to be a 1 br + 1 living room apartment + a well-equipped kitchenette, with lovely balconies around. Everything was clean and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect, just above a square where a local market is held.

Great Condo-Hotel right in the middle of Arcachon. You can walk from the train station , walk to the beach, groceries right downstairs as well as tons of restaurants. We stayed in a junior suite (teens slept on the sofabed which maybe could have been better) but overall really good. No need to have breakfast as the hotel with plenty of options around (and cheaper).

Wer es zentral in Arcachon liebt, der findet kaum eine bessere Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Parkhaus in der Tiefgarage ist allerdings mit € 28,- für 24h relativ teuer. Kleiner Supermarkt im Komplex drin. Zudem liegt die neue Markthalle gegenüber. Mehrere Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Viele Zimmer mit schönen, großen Balkonen. Unser 409 war wirklich top, mit riesisgem Balkon!
