the hotel is in a perfect location for the beautiful heart of Beaune. We received a delightful warm welcome from Marie, all the staff made us feel right at home. It's a lovely elegant old building carefully renovated and keeping it's original charm.

Best location in Beaune, walkable to everything. Beautiful hotel with staff they go the extra mile. Such as renting e-bikes into the burgundy wine country and getting dinner reservations. Will stay here again.

The hotel offers a nice blend of modern, apartment-like suites and traditional, charming French rooms overlooking the center of Beaune.

Excellent Hotel
This hotel was excellent! The staff were lovely and worked to meet our every need. The breakfast was delicious and the staff would make eggs to order. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant and it was the best meal we have had on our trip across France. The American Bar was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Good but not brilliant
Good hotel and 2nd time we have stayed (we previously stated in Suite Albert). This time we were in a two bedroom room in a separate part of the hotel which was ok but had a strange smell of drains which they were trying to disguise with diffusers. However rooms were lovely, very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom and toiletries. Service on arrival was great but very poor at breakfast (I think the two staff who were on their own were both new) which was then rescued by an experienced staff member who was excellent. Breakfast selection was poor though and definitely not worth 25 euros each, wish we hadn’t bothered…… Overall good, but not brilliant given the room prices.

Elegant room with two large bedrooms in new part of the hotel. Very small sitting area. Would have preferred to stay in the original part of the hotel

很棒服務很好
服務很好，可租電動自行車遊葡萄園，代客泊車35歐1天，房間設備很好。飯店的餐廳為米其林推薦餐盤，很好吃，馬鈴薯泥大概是我吃過最好吃的吧，難忘！

Bon emplacement, la chambre est grande et propre. Le bistro est excellent! les petits déjeuners de bon qualité mais organisés dans le hall d'hotel, un peu bizarre... et peu de place.

A great hotel.
This is a delightful hotel in a good location. The staff know the area and go out of their way to find you a good place to go and eat. This is an important attribute as Beaune has many very good and not so good places to choose from. Therefore local knowledge is important. In addition the same staff go out of their way to help you settle in. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Ein paar Tage im Burgund
Wir waren ein Weekend in Beaune und es war sehr schön. Das Hotel liegt perfekt, mitten in der Stadt und alles was man unternehmen will, geht zu Fuss. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in den Rebbergen und kann da alle Châteaus besichtigen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön renoviert. Wir waren in einem Zimmer im Annex. Das Zimmer war gross, und auch schön gemacht. Der Service an der Reception ist super, da sind sehr nette, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Wir würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt eher ein Zimmer im Hotel nehmen, da das Zimmer auf den Platz vor dem Hotel ausgerichtet ist und es da etwas Laut ist. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Great Overnight Stay
Visited for one night travelling home through France - we had a really enjoyable stay . The hotel room was excellent - really comfortable- great bathroom / products etc. We dined in the restaurant and had a great dinner accompanied with fabulous wines - the wine list is a tour de force - and offers everything you could possibly dream of ! DRC , Montrachet .. it’s al there .. enjoy!

Simply amazing!!!
The hotel is located in a beautiful part of downtown Beaune! Walking distance to everything! The room was beyond beautiful and the bathroom was spectacular! The restaurant was also quite amazing!! People were attentive and gracious! Love it!
