Don't expect a typical lobby there isnt one. Room was simple some what dated, but cleaner than I expected. The walls were thin. Could hear cars driving outside & people walking the halls & in rooms above. The shades were also not blackout curtains.

The pillows on the bed had human hair all over them. Slept w no pillows. No toilet paper in the room, zero. Comforters had stains all over them. If it wasn't so late, I would have went to other hotel.

Check in was a complete hassle but the front desk gentleman was nice while he worked through the issue. The room was nice and clean and the place was organized and quiet. They do not, however, offer complementary coffee or tea as is stated on the Expedia website.

I like the no hassle daily exchange with towels and resupply of toilet paper & soap. The office personnel have been polite & accommodating. The washers & driers are kept clean.

Good Quality for the Price
Check in was fast and easy. There was a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, and a microwave in the room. The price was affordable and the staff provide excellent customer service. This place is hidden gem.

We pulled up and there’s druggies with needles shooting up in their car in the parking lot, go inside to see if our reservation has been held the rooms available are NOT what was reserved the lady at the desk was on a personal call for 5-10 mins before seeing me then I’m informed on site not before hand booking all travelers with us must have an ID. They missed out on over 40k in stays a year we went to red roof and forget these guys

Spotted bugs in the room that looked like bed bugs. I am very very paranoid about bed bugs so I left. When I addressed hotel staff I was told that there's no bed bugs and that it must be gnats but I know what bed bugs look like. I asked for a refund but was told that a manager would have to do it and they would call me but no call as of yet.

It was okay, I didn’t realize when I booked there was not a lobby with coffee and other items. Had I have known there wasn’t complimentary coffee or any type of breakfast offered, I likely would have chosen another location. The staff were nice. Although my room was clean. But it needed curtains over the blinds to darken it a bit more for my liking.

Not only was the property unsafe given the activities that were going on, I was asked to leave at 2:30 in the morning when I finally asked someone to come stay with me as I was too scared to sleep. The manager, had let me know that ID's needed to be checked in order for there to be guests. Not only did I show her confirmation that I had indeed passed the information on, he tried to show her as well. Horrible experience and I still haven't received my refund.

Travelling home!
We were travelling and just stopped for the night. Simple motel, it's an extended stay. There's no utensils for cooking, but we didn't need it. Overall it was a good experience

Don’t expect much other than a medicocre experience at this place. It is exactly what you would expect from a place that charges 50 a night. If you need a cheap place and are in a bind it works, but I would not recommend.

Disgusting! See pictures below. We did not stay and was NOT offered a refund by the Hotel. GM was extremely rude! Front desk told me we shouldn’t have dirtied the room. We ask them to clean and they stated they only cleaned every 5 days. GM stated we didn’t understand what an extended stay hotel was. We were booked for 5 days and was charged in full at the premises. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After we checked in and had to pay a deposit which waiting to get back, we went to our room and found our bed sheets were dirty so had to go down to front desk to get new ones it was like they didn’t even change sheets from the last guests, then found someone else food and drink still in the fridge from previous occupants, and trash in the trash cans from previous occupants. Overall was not impressed with how we had dirty sheets and had someone else’s stuff in fridge. Like they didn’t really even clean the room from last occupancy. And still waiting deposit as we stayed one night and were checked out by 7 am leaving the keys in a box at front desk because no one was there to actually check us out. I would not stay there again due to the way the room was and waiting money back from deposit which don’t know why we even had to deposit anything

I had to call 912 during the night because the hotel person couldnt get the extended stay people to stop making noise. At 2 in the morning, a woman went running up and down the hallway screaming in spanish and i wasnt sure if i would be hurt. Scariest night of my life. Virtually no slerp. The phone didnt work in the room and it wasnt very clean.

Place was alright..they seem to cater to credit cards. I paid cash when i had to leave unexpectedly early, they said i had to be mailed check this was in april. Haven't received a penny. Should i come back to area will stay elsewhere for sure.
