Hi Kelly. First let me offer apologies for any discomfort you experienced with the person you encountered on the property. As I understand it, we moved you to the main building to try and accommodate but this didn't help. Unfortunately there are not many other options available to us, especially in the case of a pre-paid reservation with a 3rd party. We do hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.

Hi Rob,Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I'm unsure what team you were with, but rates booked through 3rd party sites are fixed and the hotel is not permitted to adjust them. We are able to be much more flexible with hotel direct reservations.
