The only redeeming quality about the stay was that the sheets & bathroom were relatively clean.
The property is generally run down, and at a lower price point this would be acceptable, but charging a premium rate for a NON-premium property does not win over clients.
The DEAL BREAKER was the fact that the motel has contracted a portion of the property to house the homeless. This definitely should have been disclosed online during the reservation process and again at check-in. As a result of this experience, I will personally NOT trust the Travelodge brand for future stays, and after using Expedia for years, I now find myself questioning Expedia's reliability and trustworthiness for future accommodation bookings...
