We loved the area the hotel was in. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The room and building itself was so clean and smelled so good!! The breakfast food was delicious!! Will definitely be staying there again!!

After driving over 12 hours that day, we quickly checked in at 9 o’clock at the front desk and then went to eat. He arrived back at 10:30 and that’s when we went into our room for the first time. The room we booked smelled like sewage. Since we had 6 of us, they did not have another suite available. We asked if there was availability for other rooms in the hotel. There was no manager on duty, but we asked if we could be moved into two other rooms that didn’t smell like sewage. After the person on duty contacted the general manager, we were told we would not be able to do that unless we paid more for the rooms. It was 11 o’clock at night; by this time and nobody was renting those rooms that night and I said as much. However, they refused to move us unless we paid the additional amount. I refuse to pay them anymore money. The manager was also not there the next morning when we left. I did leave a note. I was not contacted back by phone, but I did get a $50 credit. The person on duty was very nice, but he had no authority. Overall, customer service was not a priority for this property. I would never return.

The staff was excellent even when I had to check out earlier because the bed was to hard for my back they say I would get a refund for the night I would not stay the whole weekend I didn’t receive it but hopefully I will but overall will stay again they even let me check in still waiting on my refund

The staff was super friendly, they were constantly cleaning. Every room smelled so clean and fragrant. Went out for the day came back, room cleaned, beds made, fresh towels and wash clothes. I would definitely stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel to stay as my life was put in jeopardy by another person stating when I simply asked what time is check out while he was trying to find a credit card that worked to check in. I will say TY to Covington Police for coming very quickly.

Horrible management
Manager charged me an extra day and said because they gave me an early check in I had to leave early. I’m a night shift healthcare worker and even my receipt said my check out day and was still forced to pay another night. All in all I paid 650$ to not even stay three nights. The manager is a liar and thief. My check out was supposed to be 10/14 and he said it was 10/13.
