The Inn itself is immaculate. The rooms are wonderful clean. The beds and pillows are amazing Owners take pride in there building I have stayed at the Inn 6 times and will go back every time I’m in Calgary. The rates are much cheaper than the city. Restaurant next door has some of the best food in the area and is always busy at night. Restaurant is not open for breakfast. The only concern I have is the pavement in the parking lot is getting beat up and rough. The inn itself is in like new condition. Hats off to the owners well done

Second stay here - inexpensive no frills spot as we are passing through. Lovely owners, clean room. Not the comfiest bed ever, but clean!

Appreciated the front staff who provided cough drops for my wife at 4am. Much Appreciated! Comfy beds, all essebtials needed, quiet, good local food in nearby lounge/restaurant. Petfect for our needs. Thank you.

They closed before I checked in. I tried to buzz the doorbell however no one was answering.

She lied. She called me yesterday to cancel. I told her I charged cancellation fee. She hung up without saying that she would not come. So I am waiting for all night just in case. Because I live in here. I think she is angry that I took the cancellation fee. it's hard to do business. thank you!

The staff were really friendly, the room was very tidied and cleaned. The coffee was good and the Bed was comfortable. The property is old and outdated. The junkyard of pallets next door is not a nice view. But it was clean and didn’t smell. That is all I care about. Would definitely go back.

The manager was very friendly and hospitable. This was just an overnight stop on our way back to edmonton, and provided all we neede for that. At a very reasonable price

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was truly a nightmare experience from start to finish. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with the level of customer service. Upon arrival, the first thing they tried to do was charge me extra for my family even though the booking reservation was for the family and two rooms with four beds. The were arguing about how only two people can sleep and we would have to pay extra for every body else. The room was an absolute disaster. The sheets felt old and weird. The beds made a lot of noises with an inch of movement making sleeping next to impossible. The Ac was loud and felt like it wasn't working not to mention how the shower was clogged and had to be unclogged to take a shower. The walls were thin and you could hear the beds creaking in the other rooms. The next day the lady and man banged on my door waking us up and and started yelling at us and making us try to pay extra again bringing up random excuses again. They scared our kids who started to cry. The man even tried to hit us and was continuously yelling at us. We tried to figure it out with them but they kept wanting us to pay random extra fees so after much arguing we decided to checkout a day early having no place to go since no hotels were available due to the Calgary stampede. The hotel is located in a tiny town that get absolutely dark and scary at night. The staff is terrible. I urge you, spend a little extra and avoid staying here.

They reserve the room for 1person each room. But they stayed 4 adults and some kids there each room. We saw them next morning you have to pay extra. but they said NO. Expedia checked their reservation please. I don't like lie people..

Terrible experience. No privacy yelling at us
The owner of the hotel walked into our room at 9am when my husband was naked in bed, and yelled at him for having too many people in the room. We had one extra guest that we tried to pay for, but we couldn’t get ahold of them, no one was at the front desk and no one was answering the phone for literal HOURS so we just went to bed and we’re going to deal with it the next day. The owner legitimately used a key card to let himself into our room while my husband was sleeping, with no clothes, to yell at him over a $20 charge. He said he would be charging my credit card even more for HIS inconvenience.. this place is an absolute dump as well, the couch is from the 50s and covered in stains, they promise ice but never plug in the machine, they get upset if you ask for more towels, and my personal favourite.. they gave 4 of us 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for 3 nights. Check out their other reviews on google maps, they’re similar to mine. Do NOT stay here. I will be filing a fraudulent charge report.

we are sorry you couldn't stay here happily. But let me tell you the truth. on the first day, four people came, and the next day, they didn't need cleaning, just wanted towels. And the number of people increased every day. On the last night they called me we need more towels at midnight and brought them. Many people went early in the morning of check-out and opened the door at 10:30. Also they took all towels out. Thank you!

It is a decent stay for this area. The hotel is about 20 km from Calgary airport and you have to get your own car. The hotel was recently remodeled. The owners were nice and took care of the property. The only suggestion is that they need a better WiFi connection.
