The staff is really nice. There were big cockroaches in the bathroom sink. I felt really grossed out. The sheets aren’t cleaned either I found a lot of stains on the bed sheets and holes. I wish it was cleaner because the staff is really nice and the location is good but this was just unacceptable and ruined my mood. After a 12 hour drive all I wanted to do was to sleep and I couldn’t because I was so grossed out. :/

The hotel and room was clean. A good value for the price. The room could use some updating like fresh paint, caulk etc. but overall I would stay again. All the staff were super friendly and attentive.

I arrived around 10PM and the person at the front desk was still very friendly and even apologized to me for having to wait on the person in front of me. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice. There were many options including eggs and sausage.

Our first room the heat/AC unit didn't work. The front desk immediately corrected the issue with giving us a room across the hall. The included breakfast was not great. The food was luke warm and the quality of the food wasn't very good. The breakfast area is in the farthest corner of the property from the main entrance. Overall, it was decent stay busy could use improvements. The staff was friendly and the property looked maintained.

There was an awful smell in parts of the hotel. My friends room smelled highly of urine. I’ve stayed in worse places but not by much.

Not worth the price - questionable cleanliness
It was difficult to understand the front desk clerk. I thought he said it would be $25 pet fee, but the next morning I saw that I was charged $35. Hotels.com shows the pet fee as $10, which influenced my decision when picking the hotel. Also, the towel looked used and wasn’t folded in a professional manor which made me think it was from the last guest and not laundered. I didn’t touch it.

Our visit was relatively pleasant. There were apparently young children in the room above us who made a lot of noise during the evening, but that eventually subsided. The bathtub was in need of replacement, but was clean. The bathroom was very small, but clean.
