Room decor was dated. Couch springs were gone so no support and made it very difficult to get up from it. Bathroom taps had to be turned and turned to turn the water on or off. Hot water was so hot that it would be easy to scald yourself. Jets in the tub did not work. Fan cover in the bathroom needs to be cleaned. TV in the main room did not work. Very large bedroom but the bed was positioned so the bathroom door hit the foot of the bed and could not be opened all the way - made it difficult for the person sleeping on that side of the bed to get into the bathroom at night. Security chain on the door had nothing to connect to - had been ripped off. On the positive side, the room was very spaciou, the a/c works well and the king size bed was very comfortable.

The room was quite dated, but it has character! So didn’t mind the antique look. The bed is amazingly comfortable, it was very quiet and the shower pressure was amazing. WiFi didn’t reach our room which was a shame. But I has happy they could bring me a hairdryer as the one attached to the wall couldn’t tame my thick hair.

Best sheets pillows and beds I have experienced in any hotel in a while. Housekeeping is outstanding- beds are made up clean and beautiful daily. Drawback is the other intoxicated noisy guests that woke us up after midnight every night of our stay.

My stay was for 10 days and i have booked again next week. Quiet, peaceful, away from traffic noise. Room and bed was so comfortable I have asked for the same room nect week. Staff are all fantastic

Overnight stopover
Firm bed and soft pillow- perfect! Dinner in the bistro was filling and the drinks were refreshing after a long day. Only downer was the broken but still usable shower head, reported it to reception and they were getting maintenance on to it.

Very clean and the shower was good. Extremely thin walls with neighboring apartments we were woken up throughout the night. TV showed a black screen for nearly all channels. Toilet takes 8 flushes to clear a number two. Key card frequently deactivates requiring us to go back to reception multiple times to get it reactivated.

Reception being open late was convenient and the room was a great size. Property was very tired lots of hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us. Had to park a long way from the room safety latch on door was broken did not feel safe.

This is base accommodation that has everything you need. The staff are nice, and we ate at the bistro which had an extensive menu and the food was good. The rooms are a bit tired, but overall everything worked and everything was supplied and topped up daily. As it was Grand Final weekend it was expected that it would be a bit noisy. But that was fine.
