The full breakfast was a little on the light side, but the variety and presentation was fine. The one thing I didn't like was that the price I had to pay at the desk was $3 higher than the agreed price on Expedia. I wasn't in the mood to quibble, but it's not a good business practice to tack on a few extra dollars at the last minute.

Room was very nice. Staff were helpful and polite. There was no heat, so room was cold. The hot water in the shower only lasted 5 minutes. They were in the process of remodeling and upgrades, so I suspect that things will only get better.

B&B Literal Definition
My fiancé and I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel staff was good and willing to solve any issues we might have, efficiently or not, they solved them. There was nobody in the counter for our check in and we waited outside the hotel for 20 minutes for the manager to arrive; but in their "defense", we did arrive around 10 at night. We were assigned a 10 x 14 feet room, plus a small bathroom. Enough space for the queen bed, a night table and a chair. A 3x3 feet window facing indoor. I expected something a bit different based on the pictures they posted online though. However tiny the room might have been, it was well organized, neat and cozy. Included breakfast is standard. Eggs, ham,bread, jam butter, a hot beverage and juice. Simple but well delivered. Staff is the best stat in the hotel. We checked in and checked out late (small fee was charged) and they helped us organize our itineraries. In general, it is a fine B&B, pricing is ok, and staff will help you with anything you want. I guess there must be some better rooms for people to explore.

Avoid this hotel!!
The hotel gave our room away before we arrived (at 4pm) saying they didn’t know about our reservation. Left us wandering the streets with our luggage trying to find a new place after an already long day of travel. They did offer for us to get across town to their other hotel and let us know that it would be more expensive than this room and we would have to paythe difference (even thoigh it was their mistake in the first place). Waste of time!

Ok, I guess.
It's hard to put my finger on it, but I wasn't totally thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, but it just seemed like there was no staff around to ask questions or discuss concerns if I had any. I had tried to change my accommodations after my booking and prior to my trip, but when I called the hotel, no one answered. Expedia also had a difficult time getting a hold of anyone at this hotel when they tried to help me make the changes. My room was in a weird location...right behind the check-in desk. You can hear every little noise in this hotel too, no matter where your room is. The location is ok, but it's located about two blocks away from the river, on the river level of the city, so if you plan to go to the central part of the city where most of the things you'll want to see are located, you will always be going up hill...or more precisely, up steps. Although, this is likely why the price is more economical. You'll likely pay much more to stay on the upper level of the city.

We were in Cuenca for 5 nights and picked Nass B & B because of the location, the price and the pictures looked nice. We weren't disappointed. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The hotel was close to the historic district yet still off the main traffic flow so street noise wasn't an issue. On the downside, the bathroom had a musty smell and the hotel's water pump was noisy. The noise started when the staff arrived early each morning. We opened the bathroom window to compensate for the odor and the noise of the water pump was a built-in wake-up call since we wanted to start our days early anyway. There is a lot to see in Cuenca!

Pésima experiencia ya que me cancelaron la reserva. La persona que me atendió por teléfono fue muy grosera y nunca nos dio una oportunidad o algún tipo de ayuda. A todo esto, difícil de encontrar el lugar, no hay letreros, no hay recepción. Solo un cartel con un número de teléfono para llamar y para colmo, la persona que atendió súper grosera.

Estuve en un día laborable, permanecí una noche y la verdad me pareció una muy buena opción de estadía , incluso si quisiera ir con familia lo tomo como opción para quedarme en Cuenca . Muy bien el servicio , el desayuno , la habitación y limpieza , aparte su ubicación me parece ideal .

Hubo muchas complicaciones y descoordinaciones en el momento de realizar la reservacion; en el Hotel NassBed que estuvimos, el ambiente es super acogedor, pero existe falta controles de parte de la administracion, ya que hubo gente riendo, gritando y escuchando musicas en volumen alto en el hotel, a las 2 de la madrugada, y la verdad eso molesta.

In mijn kamer gekomen waren de lakens echt vies. Zeker in een week niet verschoond, maar niemand meer aanwezig om om schone lakens te vragen dus moest ik moe als ik was in een vies bed geslapen. De volgende dag heb ik bij het ontbijt het aan de aanwezige jongen gemeld. Kreeg later wel uitslag op mijn huid maar dat is inmiddels verdwenen

Clean hotel and comfortable bed
We arrived hotel around 21:00. It was difficult to find it because the hotel name was not clear at night. Then hotel staff is only available until 18:00 so we looked up on the internet for a cellphone. He arrived 10 minutes after the call. Then our car did not fit in the garage so we had to look around for a private parking. On the other hand, room was small but very comfortable and clean!!! Perfect for two people that just planned to spend the night there. Location is really good because is close to everything. Breakfast looked good but unfortunately we didn't had time for it.

Das Hostel liegt gut 10 Gehminuten weg vom Zentrum. Es hat eine tolle Bäckerei und kleinere Restaurants in der Nähe. Ebenfalls eignet sich der nahgelegene Parque de la madre super um Sport zu machen. Daa Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Reception ist leider nicht immer besetzt. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet. WLAN funktioniert sehe gut. Alles ist sauber. Küche kann man mitbenutzen. Alles ist vorhanden.

Nice hotel
It's valuable to stay in the comfort hotel with breakfast. Hotel is clean and staff is nice but not really helpful. Anyway I felt good in stay. The only problem is the 'wifi', the staff gave me the wrong password, even I tried to explain the problem, but the hotel didn't want to fix it.
