We strive to create a truly legendary experience for all our guests and apologize that this was not the case for you. Well we welcome all constructive comments we do take all complaints extremely seriously. As soon as we received your complaints mentioned above we sent them onto our general manager on site to investigate. We apologise that your breakfast was mis-communicated with the lodge itself and our reservations team have been disciplined for this miscommunication. We are glad our staff on site were able to assist where able. With regard to your comments on the pricing of the food, we are competitively priced with similar lodges in the area, it is important to note we are a country lodge and not a general restaurant, our food types and pricing will be different. We do however take your complaint about the food being cold very seriously. Our General Manager has discussed this with our staff and executive chef on site. We apologize as this is not our standard procedure. We are known for our great service and food and only ever have received good compliments about the food. While we do understand your perception of our lodge is marred we do hope to welcome you back in the future to experience all that Zebra Country Lodge has to offer.
