For the price this room was very outdated, damaged and unsafe. There was a crack in the shower floor that you could tell had been repaired previously but the whole shower floor flexed when you stood on it. Could easily cut your foot and definitely not sanitary as who knows what is growing under there with water flowing into it. I did advise the front desk about the situation.

Carol at the reception checked us in , she’s the sweetest lady!! We chatted & she was such a Blessing! Thanks for the amazing service. The hotel was a good stop over on our travels through. The Cracker Barrel restaurant is across the road ! That was a pleasant bonus!

The mamager is horrible and lies. I bought insurance through expedia and had to leave a day early. I just wanted a refund on my extra day. $105 should come back to me. The manager Deval kept giving me fake reasons as to why he couldnt give it back. Expedia called him 3 times and all the times he said he would return the money and expedia said he wouldnt allow the day refund that they owe me. Just lies. I hate when people are like that. The beds were stained and had yellowish stain marks on one side. Towels old worn out looking. The staff does not know how to go in a room and talk. 2 hours outside my door talking. Yelling and laughing. The manager Deval said expedia sucked and not to go through them. He would have been able to refund me my night. I doubt that. He kept making up other excuses as to why he wouldnt. Greasy guy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! MANAGER IS POS LIAR. THE ROOMS ARE KINDA NASTY! THE STAFF IS LOUD WHEN TRYNG TO SLEEP IN. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are at least 4 other hotels in the area you can stay. Id much rather recommend the others. Actually I had to leave a day early and the hotel i stayed at avtoss from them refunded my stay and i didnt even buy insurance.

Hotel needed work. HVAC did not work. Ceiling in room had significant water damage and needed to be repaired and painted. Towels really exceptionally cheap and scratchy. Never write reviews. But room needed maintenance.

The only problem we had was on the day we were leaving we didn’t have hot water for shower. But that was the only problem we had. Otherwise it was a great stay. Staff was great & very helpful.

Toilet wouldn’t flush shower had mold in it. Beds were small and extremely uncomfortable. There were people outside playing loud music and smoking weed. Not a place we will ever stay at again

This property appeared nice when we arrived. They put us in a room next to the laundry room and across from the meeting room. We listened to a banging noise all night and then a group of visitors laughing and talking in the meeting room from 5 am on. We had kids above us running in their room making noise during the evening as well. The ceiling in our room had duct tape holding the plaster up where something had leaked through. The remaining ceiling was water stained. Overall, just not a good stay.

Upon arrival found our room was not cleaned from previous guest, was transferred to another room where we found dirty towels on floor and signs someone had recently showered. Next morning left DND sign in door, returned to find staff had been in room regardless of sign and removed trash but did not exchange dirty towels. Next day we left room to be cleaned but then returned to find that nothing had been done to the room. On side note, nothing on Expedia sight warned of $30 per pet PER NIGHT fee. Was charged $171 for our small pets to stay with us for the 3 night stay. This was after complaing so they dropped fee slightly to the $171 instead of $180. Also the coffee in breakfast room didnt taste anything like coffee so we had to use Uber eats to get decent coffee. Overall it would have been cheaper and much better experience to rent thru Air B&B. Which is exactly what we did when we had to extend our stay 2 more days.

Stay was pleasant. Noise in hall and someone running and rattling door handle kept me up a while but settled down and had good nights sleep. Bathroom light was out but shower light worked okay.

When I checked in at 9:30 there was no one at the front desk so I waited 5-10 minutes for an attendant. The front desk person was also the one attending to the breakfast . Items were not replenished and the coffee was awful. The shower was not very good either. Parking was not very well lit either. Didn’t feel safe going in the side door. I will not book another Sleep Inn.

Cannot understand why the accessible rooms are at the end of the hall from the elevator???? STUPID to have a handicapped person walk that far. Won't be staying here again.

Terrible insult from management
I booked the hotel using Hotels.com. I checked in with no issues. I am disabled and use a wheelchair so I went back outside and brought my cats inside. The cats were in carriers. No one mentioned anything about a pet deposit and the cats were visible on my lap. The next day as I was leaving, a woman followed me to my car. She said I needed to pay a deposit of $20.00 per cat. I told her I booked and paid through Hotels.com and it was not mentioned. She said she was going to call the police and that I needed to leave the cats with her. I explained that I would check my receipt and send her the deposit if necessary. She called the manager outside and he told me I was a cheat! I explained that the night clerk saw me and the cat carriers and didn’t say anything about a deposit. He said I was a liar and must have snuck in. I stated that I was in a wheelchair and could not possibly sneak in. He said that I was dishonest and God was watching me. He then said that my dishonesty is why I was in the wheelchair! Basically that I deserved my affliction. They then went inside. I was stunned when he made that statement. What a horrible thing to say over $40.00. It was a very upsetting experience and I was visibly shaken by it.
