The parking situation is based on a first come first served basis and is stated on the booking details, however we will look into this further to ensure this is clear. Good Evening,Thank you for your review.Could I ask who informed you that the spa was closed to guests until 20:30?This is not the case and I apologize that you were misinformed. We do have swimming lessons until that time, However guests are still very welcome to use the facilities if they chose to. We just ask them to be aware that there are children in the pool also.I do hope this will not put you off booking with us again. We thank you for your review and bringing this to our attention, it is appreciated and we will make sure this misinformation is not passed on to future guests.
