This property is not as advertised. The bathroom ceiling had water stains, peeling furniture, broken arm on sofa, mold in shower, stained front door, dilapidated ironing board, basically the hotel is run down and need a massive overhaul. Breakfast is skimpy and not that great. Front desk staff was friendly. No pool as advertised. It costs too much for the condition the hotel is in.

This hotel is in a very nice location for walking down to the restaurants, museums and shopping by the water. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the roof for included daily breakfast and Indian food for dinner is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice enough. The fridge and coffee/tea maker was okay too. The place itself, however, even though mostly renovated, is still old and needs more work. The ceiling in our room had leaked and had water marks on it. The pillows were very old and not clean. The outside of the hotel is not very attractive and next to a couple of very noisy streets. One of the weekend nights, the continuous flow of cars and a jerk on a motorcycle that went thru and purposely set off a car alarm every 5 minutes, kept us up very late. The parking is limited, so if everyone staying there had a car, it would have been impossible to park. But overall, with a reasonable price and being close to a lot of activities, I think it is still a good place to stay in Willemstead.

We stayed here for 1 night. Hotel has a nice location, walking distance to Willemstad. Rooms are looking old but pretty clean. Rooftop restaurant of the hotel was cute and food was pretty good with ok service. I wouldn’t stay here for more than 1 night though…

The location is perfect. At walking distance from a lot of sights. The room was big. Staff was friendly. There was a lot of noise so bring earplugs with you. The condition of the room could be better.

El hotel en general estuvo bien. Al llegar pagué las 5 noches que había reservado en línea pero tuve que regresarme antes de lo previsto, solo me quedé por 3 noches y no hubo forma de que me reembolsaran el dinero. Hablé con las señoras de la recepción, que fueron muy amables pero el manager NO les dió autorización para que procedieran con el reembolso, ni la opción de una penalidad, no sé si son las políticas del hotel porque no está escrito en ningún lado pero me causa indignación que no me dieran una justificación valedera.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast experience with a view of the city. The location is a great starting point to access the main tourist areas in Willemstad by walking or by car.

I like that they had a friendly staff, always willing to help. If you're not into going out to eat, they also have an indoor restaurant. Another note: If you need Taxi service, they have a wonderful Taxi driver, ask for Alex!

Our stay at Curacao Suites was a good one. There was an issue where the wifi wasn't working but that was eventually rectified. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and accomodating, while the breakfast menu is a balanced menu the same thing is served every morning consideration should be given to serve something a bit different as well. I love that the hotel is situated walking distance from the Queen Emma Bridge, the shopping area as well as the taxi and bus service.

Está buena la ubicación. Bien la comida. Bien la atención. Bien los desayunos. Recomiendo que coloquen sábanas para frio y no recomienden a sus huéspedes arroparse con paños. Deben tener un estacionamiento cercado.

Het was centraal, vriendelijke personeel. Alleen de kamer oogt wat onderwets, qua meubels, en de kasten waren stoffig aan de binnenkant en de douche ruimte tijdens douchen is net een mini zwembad, water loopt bijna niet weg, en douchekraan kon je niet ophangen. Terwijl boven stond VIP kamer. Ontbijt was wel goed en lekker.

Beware of the fake and old dates pictures and revs
Hotel is just ok for spending the night. The pool doesn’t exist any more, it’s rotten and abandoned. It’s right next to a street where locals shout all the time while talking to each other and will be annoying. Also extremely loud cars and motorcycles like to drive through there specially during the night and it’s frustrating! The best is the dinner experience. Chef Javier os the best of all around and his food is unbelievable delicious. Worth the visit to the restaurant even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Les images sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité : l'hôtel est très vieux. Il n'est en aucun cas près d'un lac, les chambres sont très bruyantes car avec vue directe sur une route 4 voies, pas de piscine, chambre avec fuite d'eau au plafond (l'au tombant près de la télévision), accès au balcon impossible car porte bloquée, prises électriques et frigo qui ne fonctionnent pas, vitre de douche manquante, meuble de salle de bains qui tient grâce à une brique, particules suspectes qui tombent sur le lit, petit déjeuner basique (pancakes préparés au compte-goutte, fruits découpés à partir d'une certaine heure...), personnel du petit déjeuner pas aimable du tout (ne disant ni bonjour, au revoir et surtout merci quand on rapporte nous mêmes les assiettes sur le bar pour leur rendre service). Pour résumer : A DECONSEILLER !

The worst hotel i ever stayed at. The pictures on their website don't reflect the reality. There's no pool but when you search images on goggle, it suggests the hotel has a pool. Even though the accommodation includes breakfast, there was never enough of it. It's like they cooked 2 pancakes at the time and were skimpy about anything. Just terrible. Obviously the manager doesn't like to feed their guests. The hotel needs updates throughout. No elevator so you need to drag your baggage up the stairs. Calling the reception which is 24/7, no one picks up. Dirty, most things are broken and need replacement. No coffee available after breakfast, just skimpy on everything. We stayed in one room with our child. 3 people, two towels...With a little investment, this place has a potential.
