Good day Hensley, Thank you for your feed back. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the staff super helpful. As we are at the far end of the island it is quite a challenge to get cable tv working , but quest that stay at the lodge do not mind as they come for total relaxation and enjoy the nature and surroundings. the Lodge has internet connection in the lobby and public areas, the rooms do not have wifi. You mentioned that you did not have wifi during your stay did you report this to the reception ,as we did not have any irregularity from the provider reported for the last couple of weeks . Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your comments with us, and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced at the hotel. Kura Hulanda is 3 star lodge type hotel located at the country side, on the far end of the island and with its interior and ambiance it fits with the rustic setting of the location. The hotel has a basic all-inclusive plan consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner and snack time . alcoholic beverages - house brands are included as well and 1 type of cocktail the whole day. If 2 or more alcoholic beverages are mixed these become cocktails and these are not included in the package. Should a guest wants cocktails they can purchase these at the bar. Most of the guests that come to Lodge come for peace and relaxation or to dive and on certain days of the week we have some live music. Other guests who are looking for more activities or entertainment rent a car and explore the island, like you did. With regards to the cats and birds; we are requesting all guests not to feed them as we have a different location far away from the restaurant were we feed them specially. We are glad to hear that you still enjoyed your vacation. regards

Good day Anonymous, We thank you for your comments, Kura Hulanda Lodge is a hotel for people who want to enjoy the nature, peace ,tranquility ,snorkeling and diving therefore we do not have activities in the hotel. Usually after the rainy seasons the island has a lot mosquitos. It is therefore recommendable to purchase mosquito repellents. wishing you a nice day, Warm regards

Good Day Mrs Nasseri, We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. During your stay we spoke with you and offered you a refund for the unused portion of your stay. When a guest is not happy and we cannot meet his needs we prefer that a guest enjoys their stay on the island on another property.( the policy the hotel has)You decided to stay your entire stay even if you were not happy.. Regarding to the towels: we had one day when it was raining and the towels had to be dried. waiting time was 15 min. The supplier had one day problems with the delivery of supplies and therefore the requested order was delivered late. Your comments were send to the departments for proper action. regards Npanday

Kura Hulanda Lodge has 2 pools one is located in the main area and the other pool is located at the other building surrounded by rooms( the poolview rooms). For the shuttle bus guests should sign up as there is a limited amount of seats ( stipulated by the government based on the amount of rooms that are booked) When guests have special requests during their stay, we inform the Food & Beverage team and they will take special care of their requests. It is unfortunately that they were not aware of your requests. Hoping to have informed you accordingly,, we remain NPanday

Outside guest that are visiting the hotel pay a small entrance fee when visiting the hotel while hotel , they get discount on Food and Beverage and can use the pool and beach while guests that stay in the hotel park free. Dear Guest, We thank you for your comments. The tab water on the island is world wide known as is one of the best and clean drinkable water.. The island has a desalination plant that refines the salt water into clean drinking water. Should a guest specifically want bottled water these can be purchased.
