예약을 잘못했는데 (1일치) 호텔에서 가능한 선에서 충분히 조율해 주었다. 투숙객에 해줄 수 있는 모든 서비스를 제공받았다. 숙소위치가 정말 좋았고 방은 조용했다. 유일한 단점은 방에 창문이 없었다

Centrally located for your stay in Cusco !
Check in was easy . We got in at 10 pm so late . The staff are all very helpful and some speak English. They had a nice breakfast in the morning with omelettes made to order. The location is great and centrally located , easy walking to main areas of Cusco .

Excelente y hermoso hotel ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, Milagros y don Mario se encargaron en que no tan sólo fuera una estadía si no una experiencia, personal muy entregado y preocupado, lo recomiendo totalmente y volvería una tercera vez sin dudarlo.

Great location, dated interior, friendly staff
The hotel is pretty on the outside , looks somewhat like a Swiss chalet. The concierge area is rather dated . Staff are friendly and helpful. We were given room 603 which had a double bed and access to the terrace which was the nicest thing about the room. Furnishings are dated. Looks like something out of the 70'es. The light switch above the bed had wires sticking out of the wall. Bathroom was rather awkward as had a window into a communal courtyard which is nice but could use the toilet with the window open. The communal courtyard is nice but people tended to congregate there at night which made it rather noise as it was also an echo problem with noise. Breakfast was average- the juices are good, spread of meat and cheese(singular items) . There was a chef making omelets etc. Deco in the dining was rather rustic i.e dated. We were given complimentary drinks- pisco sour are excellent and the female bartender is excellent and very friendly. The best thing is how close it is to Plaza De Armas and easy for tour pick up and drop off. In all an average stay.

This hotel was in a great and safe location, walking distance to the main square and many other great sites and locations. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with a nice balcony, and the hotel has a great continental breakfast.

Super location for the tourist to enjoy Cusco
Cusco is a very old city, including the hotels. The hotel staff were all fantastic. At the conclusion of my stay, several stepped outside to assist me with a taxi and to bid me farewell, wishing me good travels and inviting me back for another visit. Yes, the bed was hard and the feathers leaked out from the coverlet, but the room was clean, the included breakfast hardy with good variety, and the coffee delicious. What more do you want or need when you are staying in and next to architectural dating to the 14-1500's.

La atención en counter muy buena, atentos, amables, muy agradables. Tuvieron la gentileza y el detalle de prepararnos un desayuno para llevar al aeropuerto, ya que salíamos muy temprano y el desayuno se sirve desde las 6am y no alcanzamos. Llamaron un taxi para el aeropuerto, puntualmente, y nos avisaron a la habitación de su llegada. La habitacion es comoda, buen colchón, buenas almohadas, colcha liviana y abrigadora sintética, pero le falta modernidad. La iluminación es deficiente, muchos puntos de luz, pero ninguno eficiente. El closet es abierto, y le faltaban perchas. El aparador con cajones le quita muchísimo espacio a la habitación. Contiene la TV que es enorme y con puertas, lo cual no es para nada práctico. El baño olía muy mal porque tiene un sistema de ventilación por estractor, probablemente conectado a baños de otras habitaciones. El televisor era RTC sumamente antiguo, con cable analogico, cuando el resto de hoteles tiene pantallas LED con cable satelital. El WiFi nunca funcionó, ni si quiera conectaba.

You can do better, stay elsewhere.
The hotel closes its doors at 10:30 PM and you have to ring a bell to get in. We were not told about it during check-in. So we were surprised to see the door closed at 11:30 PM. We rang the bell multiple times but no one appeared. So we thought of calling the hotel number. Someone luckily picked up and said he would open the door. It required another call to have the door finally opened. Secondly, the hot water did not work properly. It was going cold in between showers.

Cute old hotel with lots of character
Very old and authentic! Lots of room. Decent shower. Great breakfast. We had an unplanned very late arrival and they were very Accomidating. Kept our luggage for a day when we went to Machu Pichu for now charge and had it in our room when we retuned.

Unfriendly staff, old room and great location
Great location close to plaza de armas. However staff is not friendly and room felt old although clean. We stayed at Casa Andina Classic across the street before going to Machu Picchu and we loved it. Staff was friendly, room was spacious and modern. Casa Andina Classic felt like a much newer hotel and staff was amazing.

Buena opción en Cusco
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona es perfecta. La decoración del hotel no es muy bonita, pero el hotel es bastante cómodo. El desayuno buffet no es gran cosa, pero cuenta con lo necesario para empezar bien el día. En relación precio/experiencia, me parece que está un poco sobrevaluado, pero la ubicación lo compensa.

It was a great value for the money, the room was comfortable and clean the breakfast was good and filling, staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is centrally located.

Average hotel for Cuzco
Conveniently located in a small plaza a block away from the main plaza, the Royal Inca rates as average for the hotels we've stayed at in Cuzco. Price higher than other places without offering the extra level of service and comfort that other places offer. Note that a lot of the hotels in Cuzco have very early check-in / check-out times (around 9:00AM), but if asked and if the room is available, some will allow a later check-out, and most will keep your luggage safe until you come back to pick them up.

Prime location for the Inti Raymi and accompanying festivities, this hotel is beautiful from the inside out without the prentention of others. Friendly enough staff will assist with just a about any needs or concerns you might have. I have the matrimonial suite to myself and absolutely loved the balcony facing the square. The only drawback being the proximity to the festivities combined with thin walls made me part of the party whether I wanted to be or not. Luckily being from midtown Manhattan I can sleep through just about anything. The bathroom was a bit small and not well maintained but otherwise it was a lovely stay. I left addicted to their complimentary coca infusion that helps with the altitude sickness. Lovely place.

Hotel trascurato
Un hotel in posizione ottima al centro di Cusco. Molto trascurato come manutenzione e sistemazione delle camere. Colazione non proprio all'altezza, personale non sempre cortese e disponibile.

All but Royal rooms!
Hotel pictures don't show reality. Old rooms, bathrooms. We had 3 # rooms, so we were able to have an overview. However, staff is very nice. Breakfast is…disappointing.

Bad front desk service
Most of the front desk staff had limited command of the english language, which may have hampered their ability to provide service. However, their english was good enough to wiggle out of stated amenities, such as wi-fi (non-existent in the room, and extremely spotty in the reception area) and transfers as stated on the booking receipt. Our booking included a transfer from the railroad station (denied, even after arguing that it was included), in stead they offered (confirmed by 3 different front-desk staff) to arrange a taxi to the airport (about 1/3 the cost of the railroad transfer) . At the airport the taxi driver claimed ignorance of the arrangement and demanded payment. After a lengthy call and much arguing the hotel agreed to pay the driver. This hotel has many plusses, such as location, nice breakfast and large rooms (albeit you have to make sure it has a hairdryer), but you can't trust getting what is stated as being included on your reservation!!!!!! We for sure are not going back to this hotel.

Great Choice
I live in Lima, Peru, and I have stayed at 8 hotels in Cusco. This hotel is a great option for people looking for good value and comfort. The hotel has clearly seen some wear, but everything works seamlessly. The service is wonderful, the place is clean, and the breakfast is full service and fits everyone's needs. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend looking for a reasonably priced hotel if good value.

Beat expectations!
My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff, such as Christian and Fernando, were very knowledge, friendly, and able to communicate to us in English (since I speak very little Spanish). We were recommended this hotel from a friend of the family, who is familiar with the touristy parts of Peru, but were little hesitant because of the previous low scored review. Because of the great location and great deals found online (especially due to low season of visit) we decided to make Royal Inka our decision. Our breakfast buffet was delicious, which include made to order omelets, fruit, yogurt, many beverages, pork slices, and other traditional breakfast food like sweet potato. There was never a problem with our hotel water, if anything, sometimes it would switch warm to really hot in the middle of our shower. Only on our last night did we experience wifi troubles and connection. The plugs/electrical outlets did not require a converter either. We were able to walk to Plaza de Armas within 10 minutes, and always felt safe from beggars on the street once entered the hotel. Transportation to and from the hotel, such as the airport, Machu Picchu, or other tourist locations, were always easily arranged. I think not enough credit has been given to this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco.

El hotel no está mal, la ubicación excelente pero la atención en la recepción no pudo ser peor. A una amiga que llegó un poco después le dijeron que no estaba en ese hotel y a pesar de saber que llegando a la altura uno debe descansar, la mandaron ida y vuelta a pie con maletas. Luego en la noche cuando pedimos oxigeno, nos dijeron que bajara a pie o llamaramos a un hospital!!! Felizmente nosotras pudimos solucionar el problema pero el personal no le interesó nada y no hizo ningun esfuerzo por ayudar. Nunca más regresaremos, es más cancelamos una reserva que teniamos a futuro.
