I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was a little sparse but suited my needs. My rooms (I came back a few times) were a little small but comfortable and clean. I found the staff extremely professional and helpful. That's what made my stay quite relaxed.

The hotel was very nice but a few things could be fixed. We need a mirror outside the bathroom. Since there is no fan in the bathroom, it gets very humid and wet in the room. The mirror takes a long time to dry up. The breakfast needs more of a variety with better quality meats. Over excellent service, front desk was phenomenal.

Their hotel advertised free airport transportation. We had to pay for a cab on the way to the airport and they said we misunderstood about the transportation. They also made us pay extra taxes upon arrival and said it was something about a tourist tax. There is no swimming pool or fitness center and the bed is too low to the floor. The toilet in the room did not work very well and it did not seem clean or sanitary. When we went on our tour for Machu Picchu, the front desk took our key and then almost refused to give it back when we returned that night. They didn't have any good recommendations for places to eat other than the hotel. The bartender, bellyboy and chef were very friendly, though! We were given complimentary drinks our first night. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Great location, but bring ear plugs!
The location of this hotel is very nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and delicious. My only critique was that there can be quite a bit of noise in the lobby which echoes off of the tile. This was most noticeable at 3 am when large groups were gathering to leave for sightseeing trips. There is little "sound-proofing" so the noise in other rooms and in the lobby is pretty common.

広場のまん前で便利
ﾛｲﾔﾙインカⅡを予約していたのにいっぱいだと言われ、１ブロック隣のﾛｲﾔﾙｲﾝｶⅠに移動させられた。広場のまん前にあり、便利。空港からの無料タクシーがついていたので、現地で交渉することなく乗れた。しかしそこに誰か乗ってきて次の日の）タクシーの予約をちゃっかりさせられた。ちょうど交渉しないといけなかったのでちょうどよかったが、少し値切って交渉成立。帰り空港までの送りも無料とうたっていたが、どちらか片道だけといわれ、手配はしてくれたが支払った。 部屋はあまり期待していなかったので普通。通りに面していたようで夜遅くまでインカの音楽での宴を外でやっていたようでうるさかった。嘲笑は出してくれるがそんなにおいしくない。朝早いときもボックスに入れて持って行っていいと言われたがあまり持っていくものがなかった

The hotel is basic. What it lacked in luxury or amenities was made up for by the staff who were gracious and helpful. The breakfast was quite decent. Well maintained, bright, cheerful and spacious.

Check-in in was a nightmare and the "free wifi" didn't reach our room, so we only had wifi in the lobby- but outside of that everything was good. Breakfast had an omlette bar! Yum

Los trabajadores del hotel son muy amables. El hotel tiene un estilo un tanto rustico. Deben cambiar las televisiones y mejorar el sistema de clima. Tuvimos la necesitad de la calefaccion y calentaba muy poco. La comodidad es muy regular.

Esta muy bien ubicado. Lamentablemente no tuvimos servicio de internet y las televisiones son pequeñas y antiguas. Nuestra habitacion desafortunadamente estaba enseguida del cuarto de limpieza y se escuchaba mucho el ruido. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Comfortabel hotel
Mooi hotel vlak bij plaza d'armas. Wel aan drukke weg. Wij verbleven in mooie, schone familiekamer met comfortabele bedden, heerlijke douche en een groot balkon. Was echter wel aan straatkant en we hebben 's nachts wel last van lawaai van verkeer gehad. Super ontbijt, heel vriendelijk personeel. Al met al prima hotel, zeker als je niet aan straatkant slaapt.

Very disappointing
We made our reservation with Royal Inka 11. We received our confirmation # through email from Hotels.com for Royal Inka 11. When we showed up that night and I showed them the confirmation email I received from Hotels.com. As soon as they saw that we booked them through Hotels.com they said they didn't have any rooms and that I would have to go to their sister hotel Royal Inka 1 a block down the road. My wife and I said ok because it was late and we were tired. The Royal Inka 1 was not nearly as nice as the Royal Inka 11. They gave us room 600. It looked like they converted a storage closet into a room. There were no windows to the outside, only to the hallways surrounding the room which were frosted plexiglass with no curtains and you could still see through them. We had to put towels over them for privacy. You also had to bend down to get through the door or you would hit your head, which I did many times. The decor was straight out of the 60's. The shower went from hot to cold on ten second intervals. Anyone walking down the hall sounded like they were walking around your bed. I could go on and on about how bad it was! I personally think as soon as they heard my reservation was through Hotels.com they automatically put us in the Royal Inka 1 because of the discounted price I was paying. Very disappointing experience! I will not use Hotels.com again!!!!!!!

Pésimo, lejos lo peor. Mala el agua caliente. No tuvieron la reserva y nos mandaron a la habitación que les quedaba. Con un recepcionista mal carácter. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

Die Hotelreservation über Hotels.com hat nicht wirklich geklappt. Das Hotel wusste von nichts, als wir am Abend mit der ganzen Familie vor der Tür standen und zeigten sich auch überhaupt nicht kooperativ. Es begann schon damit, dass uns niemand vom Flughafen abholen wollte, obwohl ganz klar im Arrangement von Hotels.com inbegriffen. Danach bestanden sie darauf, uns anstatt ein grosses Zimmer, zwei Doppelzimmer zu verkaufen zu einem viel höheren Preis. Wir habe das dann abgewiesen und auf unseren Preis und unser Zimmer gemäss Inernet Reservation plädiert. Zum Glück konnten wir den Reservationsnachweis und die Bestätigung per Internet vorzeigen. Nach mehrstündiger Abklärung hat das Hotel dann zähneknirschend zugestimmt, dies allerdings erst, nachdem wir uns ziemlich genervt und gegen den Willen der Reception in einem Zimmer installiert hatten. Das war leider keine gute Erfahrung. Das Personal beim Frühstück hingegen und das Putzpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

great location in the historic center of cusco.
Overall, there was an issue in booking thru expedia, they did not have our room ready. I showed them expedia booking and it took about an hour to get it resolved and more to get the room ready, we left our luggage and went out for coffee for a couple of hourse during that time. Hotel is very pleasant, clean and comfortable. There is road noise since its on a busy road. Hot water shower pressure is very weak.

Great location, poor management
The hotel itself is good and the location is amazing; it is basically located a block from the center of town and shops and it made it so easy to go out. The bad part was that they had lost our reservation and did not have the room we had requested. The problem was resolved but it was more of a hassle than I wanted it to be since I was on vacation and after traveling a whole day was not in the mood to argue with somewhat incompetent attendants. If you can get over the undertrained staff you will enjoy the location and the breakfast was also great!

Royal Inka II is perfectly located, with most of the major attractions within a 10-minute walk from the hotel.The staff is very courteous and helpful, and greets you with a smile every time you pass them. The Wi-Fi works well in the central area of the hotel. The free breakfast was better than most free breakfasts we have experienced before. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back if we visited Cusco again!

Sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel muss aber am Antritt des Aufenthaltes bezahlt werden. Der Termainal für eine Masterkarte der Bank geht nicht. Entgegen der Information des Hotels wird der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen nicht erfüllt.

Great location
Great location, steps from the Plaza de Armas. Hotel rooms are not particularly fancy, but are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed there with our 4 young kids, ages 4-9, and the staff was very helpful. Good breakfast included. I think it's a very good value for the price, and I'd stay there again.
