해변에 가깝고 수영장(크진 않지만)도 뷰가 좋다. 특히 호텔 직원분들 서비스가 너무 좋았다. 정말 감동 ㅠㅠ. 저가로 여행하고 싶다면 나쁘지 않은 호텔ㅎㅎ.

해변전망이 뛰어나며 직원들도 대부분 친절함. 단 영어로 의사소통에는 조금 문제가 있음. 시설도 전반적으로 깔끔했으나 욕실물이 잘흐르지 않는 구조임. 전반적으로 깨끗해 보였으나 구석이나 벽등에 먼지나 머리카락등이 많이 눈에 뜀. 전체적으로는 비용대비 나쁘지 않음.

화장실이 실망스러움
조식이 매우 뛰어났습니다. 하지만 방 청소가 엉망이었습니다. 특히 화장실은 상태가 심각했습니다. 또한 화장실 세면대와 샤워실이 막혀있어서 물이 많이 넘쳤습니다. 고쳐달라고 이야기했으나 고쳐지지 않았습니다. 직원들은 친절한거 같으나 청소 부분과 관리부분은 정말 실망이었습니다.

패밀리룸 오션뷰
패밀리룸이면서 커넥팅룸 사용했는데 물도 인원 수대로 원하는만큼 주고 옥상 수영장 물은.. 자주 가는 것 같진 않았지만 없는 것 보단 좋았고, 로비 직원들이 영어를 잘 해서 좋았어요. 조식으로 나오는 쌀국수는 정말 맛있었어요. 오션 뷰도 볼만함. 용다리 아시안파크 오행산이 옥상에서 다 보임. 다만 샤워실이 하나고 화장실은 2개였음. 밑에 층의 담배 냄새가 욕실로 올라와서 밤새 욕실 켜고 잠. 에어컨도 시원하고 해변과 가까워 좋았음. 좀 가격을 낮춰야 할 듯.. 무료로 14시 체크아웃이 가능해서 점심 먹고 짐을 맡기고 밤 8시30분에 다시 찾음. 대체로 만족함.

3박5일 일정으로 마지막날 야간비행으로 귀국이라, 리조트 체크아웃하고 반나절정도 쉬다가 공항으로 이동했어요~ 리조트에서 쉬면서 즐기는 일정 아닌날에 하루이틀 묵기에 괜찮은거 같아요! 해변도 가깝고, 공항이야 다낭 어디서든 가까운편이라 이동하기도 쉬울거 같아요. 새로 지어진 호텔이라 깨끗한편입니다! 근처가 개발중이라 아직 어수선한 느낌은 있구요, 근처로 관광하는 일정이나 해변에서 즐기는 일정에는 저렴하게 숙박하기 괜찮을거 같아요!

I stayed at Nhat Mingh for a whole week, and it was the perfect location from which to explore Da Nang and the surrounding area. The hotel staff rocked, and each and every member was very accommodating. The free breakfast was nice perk; however, at times I thought it could have been a bit better. But I did love the little spring rolls that they served.

Enjoyed the stay. Recommend booking room with ocean view, well worth it. Nice hot shower, clean bathrooms room, and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.

They try, but unfortunately the fact remains that there’s karaoke on the street in front until midnight. Construction started at 6 am and in full swing by 7 am. Breakfast isn’t worth going. Other than that … it’s walking distance to the beach and the staff are apologetic and nice. What can you do…..?!

Close to the beach. Lots of good resturants near the hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They also rent motor bikes to guests so that was also nice. The rooms were nice and cleaned well. The gym and pool are very small.

Very pleasant.
Such a good location and hotel. Originally had a mix up on my fist day in which i was allocated the wrong room but the second onwards was so worth it. The view from my room was worth every dollar spent. Lovely staff working here also.

Udemærket hotel. Fin og venlig betjening. Omgivelser: En stor byggeplads. Hotellet ligger i 3. række fra vandet, og jeg tvivler på at der er havudsigt om ganske få år. I øvrigt en dejlig strand med gang i vandet. Ikke lige småbørnsvenlig, men god til surfing og badning. Der er opsyn på stranden og de er meget opmærksomme.

Tout est acceptable mais sans charmes. Apres 15 jours au Vietnam, on s'habitue a l'extra qu'apporte les petits hotels. Ici, une grande tour, pour le tourisme de masse Chinois. Seul avantage: 2min de la plage. Rien a repocher mais rien a recommander non plus. Pas de regret mais on oubliera vite l'hotel!!

Very nice hotel, all Staff are Sooo Helpful and Nice ,will recommend to my Family and Friends. Kitchen-Resto Staff very Nice peoples also.. The Manager Miss Chi ,is very easy to deal with and very professional, she treated us like family. We did stay 2 weeks at this Hotel.

Good but not Fabulous
The hotel overall was good in several aspects but a few issues marred the experience. There is better value around there as this area is becoming highly competitive as Đà Nẵng Việt Nam and its surrounds becomes a definite growing tourist attraction. Although some junior and support staff were most helpful the local manager I dealt with ensued with an argument over a pot of instant noodles. The robotic response from the young female manager was bureaucratic and inept. I tried to explain to her that an argument over a few cents of what she claimed was not worth the argument as considering the large money I had spent over several days there but she refused to listen to any logic persisting in her contention. Then she wanted the junior staff to fix up the change out of their own pocket when I did not have such small change. This wasted a lot of time and left a sour taste at the end of a good trip. My advice to the senior management is to train your middle managers a lot better and review how they respond. Having a blanket response to a policy statement is definitely not the best way forward to build improved client relationships and good reviews!
