Breakfast buffet is good, service is excellent, the pool needs to upgrade to my opinion because it is outdated.Hotel needs experienced masseurs,I didn’t have a good experience with it,so my wife ‘ve cancelled her appointment and she had a good massage somewhere else.

Stay Hotel is very nice and well located. The only down fall is the staff are not extremely fluent in English and being from the Caribbean with a thick accent it has been a bit or a challenge, however they are so friendly and patient trying to understand. The one thing about this hotel which I didn’t see in the description is that they keep your passports at check in it is common in certain parts of Asia by law. It was a big shock for us but for the most part the passports seemed to be in good hands. I would stay here again given the rooms and location.

Not a nice experience
Booked and paid for for two adults. We are one Asian one Aussie for this reason they demanded a marriage certificate before allowing entry, was told this is asked of every couple, also told room was booked for one person only. Both statements proven to be lies, desk staff totally in the wrong position. To be fair the rest of the hotel staff were excellent. This hotel has a long way to go before can claim to be an international destination. No attempt to make this guest feel welcome, even less for my partner.

We switched hotels from a different one. This was one of the only few available that night. The hotel was a bit shabby. Our bed was a hard slab, and the room was dirty. We complained and were upgraded to a nicer suite. The staff were excellent. We decided to explore the top floor but instead of a lounge and restaurant, we found a rubble strewn construction area. They should restrict access to that floor until it is renovated.

A good stay
The room is spacious and the service is outstanding. It is good that the staff is able to speak and understand english. The sound proofing can be better as in the middle of the night in our last night stay, i can still hear knocking of metal works clearly in my room.

Lovely Hotel, Friendly Staff, Central Location..!
The hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff. We initially received the wrong room but this was addressed immediately, and in fact we were upgraded to the suite - excellent service (Very grateful to the night manager!) Location is great and central to key areas in Da Nang, we also used it as a base to explore Hue and Hoi An along with Bana Hills - we’ll recommended

Beware of bedbugs
Nice hotel in a quiet section of town. Own by Korean, most the guests stay there are Korean. Our room 1103 is OK. Stayed there for 2 nights and we could not sleep because bedbugs. We got bites on our legs. Breakfast is good.

Great hotel but not the best location
We enjoyed this hotel very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable... but it was really far from the main areas and even farther from the beach area. We didn't enjoy needing to take a taxi everywhere we went. The breakfast buffet was REALLY GOOD!

Good hotel for transit stay
Stay hotel was absolutely fine. Quite outdated with gold bling (not to my taste) and lots of marble. We were created with a drink at reception and they confiscated our passports (really weird). However the room was fine and we ate supper in the restaurant. Avoid the pizza as it definitely wasn't mozzarella however the staff were very accommodating and didn't charge and replaced the meal. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. It's still not catered for westeners but it's very decently priced for a stop over. If you need to make a pit stop and don't want to spend the earth - this is it!!!

Nice hotel and big rooms. Air con wasn't great so was stuffy though. 5 minute cab ride down to bars near the river, markets etc.

Nice enough...
The hotel itself is a comfortable stay. It's in good condition and has decent facilities. It's a little bit of a walk to the centre of Da Nang, but definitely doable (we did it in about 20 - 30 mins). The hotel has some strange policies - they collect your passport from you when you check in. I don't know about most other travellers, but I don't trust leaving my passport with anyone. The concierge unfortunately spoke the worst English of all hotels I've stayed at around Asia. Lastly, when we were in Da Nang, the weather wasn't the best. On our first night the wind was blowing and in the stairwell right beside our room, I could hear what sounded like a blind banging against the wall all night. I should have rung the front desk but it was the middle of the night when I awoke to the noise and well, what hotel leaves windows open in the stairwell when it's gusty outside? P.s. I am secretly hoping it WAS just the wind blowing something around and not something....unexplainable...

Great hotel for a great price!
We had a great stay. By far the best hotel we stayed in during our travels through Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel for business and pleasure and I would definitely come back.

Conveniently located near the air-port. For good price, room was very nice and spacious. Hotel is located little off from downtown; there are many good restaurants and mini-mart within walking distance.

Hotel is not for foreigners. Breakfast only with Asian food, no Ac in corridors, room electric system stupid where everything is off when you remove the key (no device charging, no AC), only one key per room, staff barely speaks English, doorman showed up at our room at 11am to push us out for checkout

Hotel staff are very friendly and so was the bell boys. They were always quick to help with taxi and getting us help with wheelchair. The only thing that bothers me was when I checked in my room I found a used condom next to our bed. Left a bad impression in my mind that this is a 4 stars hotel. The shower always leek water out to the bathroom.

Liked the hotel overall. Front desk staff was very friendly. Waitstaff a the restaurant could use some training. They forgot an order completely even though they wrote it down and repeated after taking it down and was never mentioned again. A beer served, tasted weird and ended up being expired. Would still recommend and willing to go back.

Pros and Cons
The hotel isn't really near anything, there are hotels much closer to the beach if that's what you are coming for. The city doesn't have much to offer and food is more difficult to find. The pool at the hotel is very small relative to the size of the hotel. The guests in the hotel are a bit obnoxious to say the least but that's obviously out of control of the hotel itself. That being said, the service at this hotel was phenomenal by the front desk employees. Beware of the manager changing the price of hiring a private driver for the day. We were informed that the initial price of a private driver was 1, 010, 000 Dongs (~55USD), and the next day when we went to book it the manager had changed it to 2, 000, 000 Dongs. When we refused the price and said we would rather hire a taxi for the day he lowered it to 1, 500, 000 Dongs. When we still refused he then changed it to 1, 200, 000 Dongs. This was the only issue we had with the hotel (the manager trying to scam us and bargain a price). The other staff were very apologetic for this inconvenience and did their best to assist us and provide us with alternatives with discretion because they were under the supervision of that manager. Despite this lack of professionalism by the manager, I was satisfied with the overall service of the hotel. It is very clean and rooms are spacious. You can probably get a better hotel closer to the beach if you pay a little bit more (which I think would be totally worth it).

Great stay, as usual.
Im currently living 2 hours west of Da Nang on a construction site. I really like this hotel. It's a little further away from the action than some hotels, but it makes for that with views of other areas. I will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Service
The staff were so kind to get us the train tickets to dong hoi so a small fee. I was so thankful as I arrived very late and was worried the tickets will be sold out. All the night shift and morning staff were fully aware that I had made a request for help to purchase the tickets and they had it waiting for me.... simply execellent!

Not up to expectation
New hotel, spacious room with inbuilt AC and new bathroom. My room had a sea view. The location is a bit outside of the area with restaurants and business centre but of the walking distance to the main area. I have stayed there for 11 nights . The staff is friendly, but not very competent and only few had a good comprehension of english. I have booked it specifically because it had a swimming pool and a gym, but upon arrival i was told that they aren't working. The spa wasn't opened yet either. Housekeeping skipped cleaning a room twice during my stay and i also had to remind them to replace toiletries every time. The minibar has not been filled since the day of my arrival. The room service had problems answering the guest inquiries, hang up on me several times and brought in a wrong order. Upon the first inquiry, travel desk staff couldn't recommend any activities for the weekend. They had some suggestions a day after. The concierge and the bell boys were the best though, helping with arranging cabs for me and car rental. However, most of the staff did remain polite and friendly. Overall when I was checking out I had a feeling that the receptionist was happy to get rid of me. Luckily for me for the rest of my stay I changed to a different hotel in town and one of the neighboring resorts. So, do not expect too much in terms of service and enjoy a nice bed.

I stayed twice at this hotel as I was passing in and out of Danang. The property opened last October so I was able to get good rates as they offer discounts. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, cable TV with a nice mix of international channels. WiFi worked well. The gym is adequate, the pool is outdoor and isn't heated so it was a bit cold for my taste (This is in March) The beach is about 10 minutes by taxi, 10 minutes of walking to the riverside area.

A little out of the way and noisy
Only stayed one night before a flight the next day. The hotel is very nice, but quite far from most things. The hallway has very hard surfaces which makes a lot of noise travel into the rooms. Was awoken a couple time through the night from loud talking in the hallway and again quite early from the chamber maids.

Hotel is away from the city and not much activity
Is a new hotel that was open less than 2 months, good for people who require a place for themselves, not much activity around the hotel, the closer beach is about 10 minute walk and to the busy shopping street will need to go by taxi, there is no free transportation provided by the hotel, a trip from the airport to the hotel cost 430,000VND, therefore, it's better to travel by meter taxi that cost you one third of the cost charged by the hotel. Can't compare much at this time due that the occupancy rate during my stay is less than 5% occupied, breakfast is a set menu - rated normal, staffs are friendly due to that only a few guest..my room were provided with breakfast for one despite it mentioned during my booking that allow two occupants maximum in a room, therefore invited my guest for breakfast are being charged at 150,000VND

An unforgettable hotel stay!
This is one of the most best stay I have ever experienced!!! We booked for 3 nights stay here. This is a newly opened hotel in Danang, the rooms size and the facilities are bigger and better than what I expected!! They also upgrade to a Deluxe room with bathtub for me. Besides, the staff services and kindness are better than most of 5 stars hotel!! The management even come to help seal my room windows since the Severe Tropical Storm Haiyan maybe come to Danang on the 2nd Days of my stay. 100% sure will go this hotel for next trip!

아담한 수영장에 나무랄 것 없는 조식이 마음에 들었다. 비교적 저렴한 비용으로 이러한 시설을 이용한다는 것이 좋았다. 다만 시내로 갈려면 이동해야하는 불편함이 있다.

部屋のソファの下に腐ったゆで卵とペットボトルが挟まっていた。円をベトナムDONに変えた時のレートが低かった。それ以外はスタッフの笑顔も素敵で良いホテルでした。また利用したいです。

전체적으로 굿
전체적으로 깔끔했습니다. 구석구석 자세히 보면 오래된 호텔이라는게 느껴지긴 했지만 관리는 대체적으로 잘 되어있습니다. 직원분들의 서비스도 매우 좋아서 편하게 물어보고 답할 수 있었습니다. 다만 메인거리와는 조금 떨어져있어 이동하는게 불편하긴 합니다. 대신 한강 뷰가 넓게 펼쳐져 있고, 멀리 바다도 보이는 뷰여서 한강과 바다 동시에 보이는 뷰가 좋았습니나.(참고로 고층, 한강뷰 선호로 예약했고 운이 좋게도 11층에서 지내게 되었습니다.) 아무튼 전체적인 서비스가 좋아 기분좋게 이용했습니다.

사성급 호텔의 서비스는 아닌듯합니다. 시스템 자체도 허술하고 직원의 친절도 또한 많이 떨어집니다. 체크인에도 많은 시간이 걸리고 체크아웃 또한 심지어 키를 드리니 한직원이 천천히 걸어가셔서 체크 한참 하시고 오셔서 체크아웃 해주십니다. 이런 호텔은 처음이듯합니다. 호텔방의 청결도도 조금 떨어지고 사성급의 서비스는 아닌듯합니다. 유일하게 근처에 맥주한잔 할수 있는 가게들이 있고 도보로 7분정도 거리에 마담란 식당이 있는 위치는 좋았습니다

사용두 못한 나의 방~~
숙박 하고 싶어 선정 했지만 비행기표 날짜에 착오가 생겨 두밤 돈만 내고 숙박도 못해본 숙소 아쉽다~~ㅠㅠ 환불이라도 되면 쫌 덜 아쉬웠을텐데~~ㅎㅎ 아무튼 한번은 다시 가보리라 생각 합니다.
