Receptionist very rude and disrespectful towards me, laughed at me and attended other customers while I was first in service. She didn’t listen and was laughing at me.

The staff is very nice. The hotel itself was a little outdated but the room was clean and has refrigerator and microwave. It was about a 7 out of 10. The hall carpet was dirty but I did see someone vacuuming the next morning. I will stay again if need be.

The room was very nice. The hallway had not been vacuumed for a while. I was still happy with the room. I saw people standing outside at a bottom floor window talking to someone in the room with the window open. Overall I enjoyed my stay

The smell is very displeasing, it smelled as if someone was smoking in the room for hours. The refrigerator also made a very loud noise constantly. The door had to be pushed hard in order to be closed. There was a cockaroach the size of my finger in the bathroom . The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. When I brought this up to the front desk the worker didn’t seem to care and laughed it off saying that happens sometimes and to just “kill it”

Was homeless walking around pushing carts outside and even one with groceries cart in lobby. Drunk drinking and walking around outside, was afraid to go to my car.

Safe clean no frills or extras for low budget
Pros- close to central expressway, short drive to stores, restaurants etc Hot water, clean room, heat worked well. Cable TV, fast Internet speed Cons: breakfast is mostly toast, cereal, waffles and fruit. Hot sausage and eggs were gone or non existent. Micro wave turntable didn't work No black out noise blinds. So you will hear the freeway traffic. Fridge not cooling Manager had an verbal loud argument with a customer. Very unprofessional. Should have met with customer in the office. Apparently to have some long term customers living there. Place needs an overhaul to be updated. It's decor, furniture is about 20-30 years old. Safe clean place to stay. But that's it.

The room and hotel was nothing like the pictures. Hair all over my bed and bathroom. Wouldn’t even eat the breakfast because that area was disgusting. Absolutely awful. Would never stay there or another Baymont again!

Roaches on the floor next to night stands. My wife and I have been sick since coming back from our stay. I thought the price was a steal but given the condition of the place, I would have rather paid more to stay elsewhere.

Most of front desk agents are nice it was just only one of them that has really language issues and he was kinda rude to me and until were I had to speak other staff members just so they fix his speech problems with me but other than that me and my family stay together workout in the long run and breakfast is good as well and so that helped me overlook the situation with just one of the staff members and it was just all some of a misunderstanding but the other staff members helped him out with me until it was solved out with me as a guest at this property as well and I would recommend another family to stay here because most the customer service is really helpful and I/We overall enjoyed our stay here as well!😇😊
