호텔스닷컴덕에 잘다녀왔습니다
미국현지보다 훨씬 저렴하게 잘머물다왔습니다 식기등과 렌지 냉장고등 모든게 갖춰져있어서 많이 편했구요 한인코마트랑 러브필드공항이 가까워서 좋았고 미리 예약을하면 공항서 셔틀도 탈수 있어요 러브필드공항만요 전체적으로 깨끗하고 좋았던거 같습니다

The stay was okay, they did allow us to check in early, that was a plus. The tv was cracked, and the shower did not work. We had to repack and move to another room. We did not know it was pet friendly, that wasn’t the issue. The problem was a fur baby pooped in front of our door and no one cared to pick it up. Again the staff was nice but we will not stay at this facility again.

The next day when I woke up, which was Sunday morning the staff was refusing almost everything I had asked, but on Monday morning the staff was excellent and very helpful so it depend on the person.

I love this place. A great restaurant next door that I can walk to. I like how convenient it is to Love Field. Shuttle service from the hotel is easy and convenient. It is always my choice if I am in this part of Dallas.

Front desk staff was excellent and very friendly. Specifically Nate! He made us smile and accomadated us very well. Definitely recommend staying here.

The customer service was awesome. But the hotel needs to be sprayed. They had roaches in the kitchen area and bath tub.

There were ROACHES on the property and in the room. The hotel clearly knows about it because there was white powder in corners. We had a huge roach on the desk and on the nightstand. The staff was not helpful and we had to leave two nights early. I wish I could get a refund for the first night since it’s unhygienic and the property needs proper care for pests, as well as learn how to handle situations.

I will have my engineers take a look at your room. We have 2 boilers that keep our water nice and hot! In terms of breakfast, that is something that we do not have in the free sense. I reserved a king bed but when we went to the room we had a suite with 2 full beds (not queen). We did not say anything since it was close to outside door which was great. We did not get maid service or new towels. Very nice staff. Had a center courtyard area with grills.

It was a nice experience. After our flight got delayed we were stranded without a car due to the car rentals being closed. There was an issue processing our room but the staff handled it well & upgraded us to a nicer suite. The shuttle was so convenient & very stress free. Nate was very kind, personable & efficient at his job!

The queen sized bed was more narrow than any I have seen. We stayed during a heat wave and cold water would not come through the pipes. It was hot no matter what for my toddler’s bath. The couch cushions were lumpy and stained. The tv channels did not match their label nor any guides that were shared with me. We had an LG but was given guides for Samsung and Phillips.

We did have a lot of days that were above 105 degrees and I can't speak to the water, but lumpy couch cushions are something that we should have caught. We stay here every time we come to Dallas for my son’s orthopedic appointments. Love the room set up and the small kitchen. There were 4 of us staying in the room and everything was great except we only had 2 big towels for bathing. We were there 2 nights. There’s usually 4 towels available. Luckily I had brought some towels from home. Not a huge problem, just minor inconvenience. But everything else was great. Check in and check out, easy and smooth.
