It was a nice stay. There isn’t anything around restaurants or shopping wise, but it’s a nice place to stay overnight when your flight has been cancelled. They have delicious dinner offerings. And a nice pool side courtyard. Rooms are clean and comfy!

Motel was clean staff was friendly. Shuttle staff was friendly. Only complaint was it took over an hour for staff to answer the phone when we called for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport.

This hotel was a lovely place to stay before a flight at DFW. The property and staff were welcoming and wonderful. The food from the restaurant was very good. However it is a bit loud due to planes passing overhead, a problem shared with all surrounding properties. I brought earplugs but my companion struggled to sleep. The free shuttle to the airport was perfect. Thanks!

Was not hygienic , the pull out couch has stains on it . I got zits sleeping on the pillow cover. puts a bad name to Marriott’s brand.

I love the property its near the airport but that never bothers us. Ive been staying at this property for over five years but this time was the worst stay for us. We were on the 2nd floor and the guest on the 3rd floor stomped and slammed doors from 8pm until 1am i ahd to call front desk twice other than that everything else was great.

It was so dirty. The woman at the front desk did an amazing job as did the people at breakfast. The hallway leading to our room smelled like cat urine, as did our room. Then we found dirty sheets. I went to the front desk and she immediately moved us and apologized. The second room was better, would not stay there again. These hotels are spending money on the lobby area and the rooms need help.

The staff is very nice and helpful, yet when we arrived the toilet was clogged, and the bedding gave us all a itchiness as if there was something in them, also if you are a light sleeper i don't recommend due to the aiplanes sound....Also no complimentary breakfast here. Staff was very nice thou

I booked a double suite. When we arrived at the property at 11:45 pm after traveling all day, I was told that they didn’t have a double suite available and would have to put us in a regular double room. When I asked how that was possible since we reserved a double suite, the front desk person told me that they had to move another guest into my room who didn’t like their double suite. When I stated I was upset about this, her response was that we could wait in the lobby (at close to midnight) while they changed the sheets in the double suite that the other guest didn’t want! Horrible experience!! We will not be staying at this hotel again!!!

no airport shuttle from DFW had to take uber ($50.00) paid for breakfast didnt start till 7 am we had a 730 flight wasnt told this at time of check in didnt recieve refund for breakfast.
