We drove to Dallas and got in Saturday night around 10:00. When we pulled up to the hotel there were cones blocking the entrance, the name of the hotel was “Viva Inn” and it was closed. We drove around Arlington and Fort Worth for three hours until we found a room. Customer service was absolutely no help in finding us a room after the hotel we booked no longer existed.

The hotel is closed
I didn't stayed at the hotel it was closed by time i arrived i had to stayed on one of the rest area around it. I think i desrved my refund imitating. I called to the office no answered I DON'T KNOW IF YOU HOTELS.COM KNOWS ABOUT IT THE HOTLE IS NOT IN SERVICE AND THE NAME IS NOT NEW YORK .

The listing said 24hr front desk, not true. Asked person at the front desk about a refund and was told i couldn't get a refund. Listed as new York inn but actually called viva inn. Not at all worth the price or the headache

There is no New York hotel in Arlington, TX at the designated address. There is only a Via hotel so I never stayed there. My credit card was charged, I am disputing the charges. I have also filed a fraud complaint with the Attorney General’s office.

Spartan but comfortable!
Not a lot of amenities, but what was there was good! I don't go these motels and expect spa-like quality. I go there to spend the night and get some quality sleep to complete the activities planned for my visit. Mission accomplished! The value was excellent compared to the price other motels were charging for the football weekend!

Horrible and the service was very unprofessional.
The photos do not accurately represent what the hotel looks like in person. The receptionist/person in the front office was extremely rude, unwilling to give details about what the room(s) looked like inside. Along with a few other things. This hotel option should be removed from expedia web page.

Just didn't like it. Bed hard. Tv nothing but Spanish. Shower sucked. Couldn't understand the people running the hotels. Just a not so good hotel. Internet didnt work. When I go to a hotel an pay a $100 a night I want a nice room. Tv n English we live n America we speck English. A bed that's not like sleeping on the ground. Pillows were flatter then a peace of paper. This hotel is not a good hotel. The sign on the building didn't even light up. They did do one good thing. They got me a cab to where I was going

No frills, but clean and friendly
My husband checked us in and said the owner was a very nice man. He and his family are running the hotel. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. I'd like them to upgrade their towels and provide more that 2 pillows. The hotel was quite and we were not disturbed.

Only if you need a cheap overnight
Just an overnight for the National Championship football game because nothing else was open - it had a bed and a shower. Charged $200 likely you can get for $50 most nights.
