The entire staff was absolutely amazing💪 the only issue was the shower was a little old but maintenance came right over and fixed the issue

room cabinets were hard to open, bottom two drawers were nailed in. Bathroom french doors were stuck, and we could only use one side. Breakfast was not good.

I’d actually like to request a full refund from this hotel. We did not end up staying here because when we got there the room was dirty, bed was unmade, and trash on the floor! We were tired from driving and we were ready to go to sleep at this point only to find out the room was dirty! They made accommodations and put us in a different hotel that was not worth what we initially paid and we went through the trouble of driving to a different location at night. This was a terrible experience!

This hotel was really great! It was clean, seemingly a newer hotel, and very convenient to where we were going. The free parking and breakfast were musts for us and they delivered on that! I reserved at the last minute and was so thankful we did. We were very pleased with this hotel.

Horrible service… Ken is a RIP OFF, never charged a deposit during full stay and then all of a sudden someone steals money from the front desk and they want to charge me $100 deposit. Not worth it when every night there is disturbance from other occupants, they have fugitives living on premises that jump out of the windows when the police come. He thinks he can disrespect you at all times. Not this woman I let him HAVE IT, and the fake manager he had with him.

This is a hotel that has done a good job remodeling it. However it could have been cleaner. It let a lot to be desired during the breakfast time since the area was not clean and stocked. bathrooms were not cleaned properly.

Average Hotel, Incompetent Staff
The hotel is average overall. No better or worse than 2 dozen other LQs I've stayed at however, the service at this one is ridiculous. Our power went out during a winter storm and we needed heat and a shower, so we booked a room here. I sent my wife and kids to get checked in and the front desk refused despite all information matching my wife's ID outside my name. He stated, it was policy that the person that made the reservation was required to check in.
