It was dirty. Extremely limited breakfast. Minimal front desk help (not anyone there for periods of time) TV remote didn’t work and TV had very limited channels. Shower head and water pressure good. Stains on bedding and their toilet paper was as bad as Walmart’s.

The evening reception was horrible. There was another person in front of me. I waited until she was finished. I had pulled up on Expedia the hotel and asked if this was the right place. She told me I don’t know look it up yourself. I said I have it here but it doesn’t give a street address. Told me it wasn’t her problem. More people came in and she told me to move. Being that we had a toddler I just ignored her and hit reserve the address came up it was the right place. Than I said I paid could we please have the room. Said no it hasn’t shown up on her computer. In the meantime 4 more customers I had to wait until she’d looked after all of them first !!!!!!!! After a 45 min check in we got our rooms. They are old and comforter was dirty The breakfast was awful. NEVER AGAIN.

Really disappointed in breakfast - only 2 dry cereals, wrapped muffins, bananas (mine was 1/2 bad) For a continental breakfast - very, very poor. Beds were comfortable but you could see daylight under the door allowing in cold draft. Will probably not stay here again.

Ice Machine not working, free breakfast was not much, Light coming through around the door to the outside, walls need repair and painting bed squeaked every time you moved . Granted it was a pet friendly room, but come on. For the price it was at best ok.

Your site described the hotel at an 8.2 (very good) but it was disgusting. The bathroom was nasty with bodily fluids on the walls in multiple locations, it smelled of urine, soap tray wasn’t cleaned from previous use, toilet seat was loose, towels were worn, tissue holder was rusty and fell off when you pulled out a tissue. After the front fell off the tissue holder we noticed the inside of it was very dirty. The selves of the refrigerator were cracked and broken. The bed skirts haven’t been cleaned because it looked like food or something was stuck on them. The bed covers were worn and the phone by the bed was dirty, had cigarette burns on it and was discolored. We couldn’t find any charging stations. The security latch was snapped off the main door which was concerning. The main room was not throughly cleaned and there was a hole in the wall. Nothing has been updated since the 70’s. The advertised pool had pond scum floating on it, not properly filled and was obviously not maintained. The outside of the building and stairwells were not maintained. We realize this is an economy hotel and didn’t expect anything fancy but we expect cleanliness and maintenance. We expected more from the Wyndham name which was advertised on your site, on the sign and in the room but were disappointed and repulsed.

Not staying here again.
Room was a good size. Bed was poor, not enough cover on the bed. Could have had an extra blanket in the room. Pillows were foam rubber and very thin. Was charged extra for pet. Thought it was included in charges paid when reservation was made.

Ok place to stay
Stayed on route to Panama City for tgs winter. I was worried because I had just stayed at another S8 it was awful. Pleasently surprised, this was much better. It was clean and comfortable to stay. It is not a 4 star, but we slept very well. It does need a bit of repair here and there but I would gave no problem staying again.

We had been driving for many hours before arriving in needed to use the restroom. The restroom in the lobby was not working. From other reviews it appears that this has been the case for years. I went to view the room as I always do to inspect for bed bugs. I did not find any signs of bed bugs but when I raised the sheets on the second mattress, a roach ran out. Gross! They gave us a different room and it inspected decently. There were no bed bugs no roaches in that room. But I was a bundle of nerves after having seen the roach in the first room so I didn't sleep very well. The breakfast was not a breakfast at all. They had some out of date instant oatmeal, some yogurt that was full of sugar, some processed muffins, and some fruit loops or raisin Bran. The coffee was not good either.

Poor and old
I think the front desk could have been a little more instructive about how things work. The room was not in the best condition. It was old and had some patchwork done to the room. Toilet seat was very loose. The front door didn’t work at first but after leaning into it to get it opened, it opened. I would give this establishment only a 2 out of 5 stars

Clean linens but try to stay somewhere else.
Bedding was clean. Towels were clean but very dingy. It did have vinyl floor which were nice. Saw daylight under the front door. Paper thin walls. Needed complete remodel. Walls in sink area were stained - still had a phone by the toilet for your convenience!!

We stayed here as a quick stop on a trip to Orlando. We only slept and hit the road. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. As a quick stop, sleep, and then hit the road, it fit our needs perfectly for a very reasonable price. Pool was non operational and breakfast was limited.

the front desk staff was clueless, the manager called the cops for checking out 30 mins late, the maintenance man barged in our room multiple times without permission, the sheets and comforter had stains on them, the room was dusty, the bathroom had multiple dead bugs lying around, the TV remote didn’t have batteries, 2 of the 4 lightbulbs were dead, just endless inconveniences in a room that wasn’t even clean
