The reservation was for room with 2 queen beds. What we ended up with was a room with a king and an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. The linens were stained and had holes. Breakfast was not well stocked at 830am.

Expedia did not push through our reservation and we did not have a room. Thankfully the desk clerk was able to find us one at another place. A very bad experience It is not clarions fault but Expedia.

Perfect for me
A perfect stay with a pet companion. Plenty of areas to explore, sit and relax, or exercise. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet (traffic was busy nearby). Could not have a better staff!!! Thank you for my comfort and Rudy’s🐶

Never Again
I had a pleasant stay until I was made very uncomfortable by some inappropriate guests and the very unprofessional associate at the front desk. I left before midnight.

Customer service was horrible and the room had a terrible smell. I sprayed som lysol to try to mask the smell!, it still didn't go away

Worst stay ever
Absolutely no noise-proofing whatsoever - so noisy I will never stay here again. Doors do not have any sort of quiet/slow closing method thus constant loud slamming of doors. The staff made no effort to control the heard of yelling children running up and down the hall.

Was given a key to a room that already had people staying in it. The people staying in the room were traumatized and it was a very unpleasant experience for me and my sons. 100% unacceptable.

The price was fair and the accommodations were satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and nice linens. Met our needs and included breakfast.

People across the hall had a dog that was left alone for long periods of time and was barking/crying. Questionable people inside the facility. Lots of arguments/fighting heard. Felt unsafe.

Upon arrival the room wasn't clean. Items from the previous guests were still in the room. And crumbs along with what appeared to be a bed bug where on the bed. I room also smelled of cigarette smoke. I chose this hotel because it is supposed to be 100 percent smoke free. The next room provided was nice enough but we had noisy neighbors. Between loud music and talking, someone had a almost constantly barking dog. The staff was nice but I am not certain I'd book here again.

Free breakfast consisted of one type of small muffins, waffles made by you, toast and coffee. Need to add other items such as pastries,donuts, hot cereals, individual cans of juices, more variety.

Except for the haur dryer not working, the stay was very nice. Comfortable bed! Clean room, friendly staff. My daughter and I were visiting for her mother's life celebration, happened to be put in a room that was her birthday, 122. The world works in mysterious ways.

Bed sheets were smelling like sweat and wrinkled. Toilet seat seemed like it was broken. Breakfast was pretty bad. Eggs, hot dogs, hard mini bagels, and no juice. However housekeepers were very accommodating
