Good afternoon,It is our policy to obtain an authorization for the cost of the hotel, tax, and an incidental fee of 20-30 (depending on the cost of the room) per day at check-in. Once you check out, the actual charge is applied to your credit card. When a credit card is used, that charged amount is put toward the original authorization. Once that happens, the hotel releases the initial hold. Debit Cards can take a bit longer. I would advise you to contact your bank to see when you can expect that hold to release. Thank you!
